| Even if Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan win on November 6, his agenda will be stymied if Republicans can't pick up at least three more seats than their current 47 and control the Senate. That's clear from the last two years, when Harry Reid's not-so-deliberative body became the graveyard for fiscal and other reform. Even if legislation gets stalled,Romney will still be in charge of cabinet posts and can do a lot of reforms through them.
The only way to get Reid to work is through enormous public pressure on the rest of the dem senators.
Obama used exe. orders to overturn standing laws,maybe Romney can do the same on Obamacare and Dodd/Frank.The dems gave HHS sec. huge discretion,figuring they would never lose again,that could be utilized by a serious right wing sec.

Recent research indicates that the number of people who do not consider themselves a part of an organized religion is steadily on the rise.
