If the drones were "unarmed" then there must have also been an A130 in the area. The only way the CIA operative on the roof could be "laser painting" the attackers is if his laser was communicating with an armed drone or a A130 gunship.

1. Our people and facilities should never have been so weakly-defended in the first place. That's the real disgrace.

Well, there's a stereotype of his approach to things.
3. #2, we have to focus on winning the election now. Impeachment should have been started on 1-21-2009.
4. #3, good comments. It's even uglier if the men on the ground thought, or were given reason to think, an AC-130 was available.
5: #5, reports have been consistent in reporting the men as former SEALs [note correct capitals for these SOF members]. Thus they would not be eligible for the MOH.

This morning on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace it was asked of security committee members over and over and over again if those drones were armed. No one answered.
It was mentioned that perhaps they could not say if the drones were armed or not for security reasons. Hmmmm...
And then THIS AFTERNOON it comes out the drones were Not Armed....how convenient.....a president sits and watches helplessly as the consulate is attacked, for 4-7 hours...... Helpless? I think not!

Ty and Glen were unarmed when they rushed into the fray, but picked up enemy weapons with which they took out 60 from the horde of 200. Even the enemy was dumbfounded at the carnage these two capable men wreaked on their ranks of terrorists.
I believe they qualify for the Medal of Freedom, but it won't come from the squatter.

Why have two generals in charge and one ship commander been suddenly fired(oops relieved of duty instantly)? Could it be at least one of them attempted to provide the Seals with fire power after being ordered to stand down?
If so are they going to remain silent or put their duty to the American forces and public first.
perhaps they too are in lock down and can't provide answers.

We at Townhall have been covering this hotly contested Senate race for months and the results are finally in: With 36 percent of precincts reporting, Elizabeth Warren has been declared the next junior Senator from Massachusetts. Warren has never held public office before and the eye-popping $40 million she raised this election cycle evidently proved more than enough to unseat incumbent Senator Scott Brown. In a stunning end to one of the most aggressively unsuccessful tenures in retail history, JCPenney (JCP) last night announced that CEO Ron Johnson would be leaving effective immediately. Myron Ullman, Johnson´s predecessor at JCPenney, takes office as CEO. When Johnson was initially wooed by JCPenney, it was to serve as CEO with Ullman as Chairman.
