| In an unusual move, the Navy has replaced an admiral commanding an aircraft carrier strike group while it is deployed to the Middle East. The replacement was prompted by an Inspector General’s investigation of allegations of inappropriate leadership judgment. Rear Adm. Charles M. Gaouette, the commander of the USS John C. Stennis strike group, is being returned to the United States for temporary reassignment. In a statement the Navy said it had approved a request made by Vice Adm. John W. Miller, the Commander of U.S. Naval Forces Central Command, to temporarily reassign Gaouette “pending the results

Since the matter is not related to personal conduct, and his long service would argue against incompetency it must be some sort of serious disagreement withing the chain of command--which leads right to Obama. We may never know the answer.

This is very interesting, and I know it would be extremely difficult to go against these thugs. Especially if you have a family you want to protect.
I hope that, if Ham has information and he's being set up to be the scapegoat, I hope and pray he's able to tell the truth and secure his loved ones at the same time.

Is this not the 2nd one to be relieved of duties??? Was not Ham the other one?? This is starting to really smell. I would bet my last dollar that these 2 men were not going along with their commander in chief and are being relieved of duties because of it.. No other explanation.

That general, "Chip" somebody or other, whom Ham replaced, has been warehoused somewhere pending the investigation of his malfeasance. He was the first CO of the Africa Corps, promoted to four star rank, "retired" but had to be held in limbo, at reduced rank, until they could figure out how to paper over what he'd done.

Recent research indicates that the number of people who do not consider themselves a part of an organized religion is steadily on the rise. Interestingly enough, though the number of those religiously unaffiliated is increasing, there is little to no trend in the number of those who express atheist or agnostic beliefs. People aren’t saying they don’t believe in God. They’re saying they don’t believe in religion. They are not rejecting Christ. They are rejecting the church. Gluten-free diets are all the rage, but they can be dangerous if not done right. What is gluten? It´s the spongy complex of proteins, found naturally in wheat, rye, and barley, that gives elasticity to dough and allows it to rise. When flour is moistened and either kneaded or mixed into dough, gluten molecules form an elastic, microscopic latticework that traps the carbon dioxide produced when yeast ferments, causing dough to inflate like a hot air balloon.
