I saw this ad yesterday. Exceptionally cringe-worthy.

Difficult to actually stay with it, but the longer I did, the more perplexed I was as to who would actually be persuaded by it. The girl, her tattoo, the words, all created a very creepy vibe.

Contempt it is, and richly deserved. Obama is just capitalizing on a sub-population that has contempt for itself. That poor young woman in the ad doubtless thinks she is oh so witty, liberated and sophisticated, as do those who watch her show. Such people are certainly not fit for self-governance. They do well to support people like Obama who will be happy to do their thinking for them and to take care from them from cradle to the grave. It is a sad and depressing thing that America has managed to rear young people like Lena Dunham and her audience. We should take care not to blame the victims too much. Ms. Dunham never had a chance. If there are villains it is those who were entrusted with the responsibility of rearing and educating and instilling the the right values into her.

I can't imagine this thing being with a man she rock the Rachel Maddow twin look.
