I have never understood people worrying about an exposed breast. Even less so, people exposing them as a means of getting attention.

1. IMHO, Islam is a far bigger problem for and threat to women than Ikea's catalog edits could ever be.
2. For the first time, I might be interested in responding to the PA call for "clean-up in Aisle Six."
3. Re the Ikea catalog knuckle-under [Larger-Issue Division] -- why is it that the West must "accept" [read: capitulate to] the "diversity" of Islamic Sharia, but never ask for any acceptance of our principles from Muslim "cultures" and nations?
4. A small point of curiosity -- Ikea's efforts in China went nowhere [cultural thing, no "handyman" or do-it-yourself ethos (why do I think that's very revealing of many things?)]. It's pretty hard for me to think that Saudi men are up to their eyeballs in Western-style boot-strap-itis, chomping at projects to get their furniture-manufacturer-provided Allen wrenches into. Then again, there are a bunch of Saudis who have zero -- Z-e-e-e. Roh. -- prospect of families of their own, with wealthier males snagging 2, 3, 4 wives. So maybe assembling Swedish bookcases fills their time?
But wait. A Saudi bookcase could fit in a shoebox, considering it only needs to hold one book....

Hey, considering it's Ikea, maybe they, or someone like Lowe's or Home Depot [or Mattress World?] should start Saturday in-store demonstrations of protest-painting?
Oh -- and contests! Most creative, best use of space, like that. And how about a "Mt. Rushmore Look-Alike" contest? For twins?
#7: I'd suggest a separate, annual, [monthly, even] prize just for topless protests. An occasional Nobel isn't going to hold up.

Recent research indicates that the number of people who do not consider themselves a part of an organized religion is steadily on the rise. Interestingly enough, though the number of those religiously unaffiliated is increasing, there is little to no trend in the number of those who express atheist or agnostic beliefs. People aren’t saying they don’t believe in God. They’re saying they don’t believe in religion. They are not rejecting Christ. They are rejecting the church. It´s the spongy complex of proteins, found naturally in wheat, rye, and barley, that gives elasticity to dough and allows it to rise. When flour is moistened and either kneaded or mixed into dough, gluten molecules form an elastic, microscopic latticework that traps the carbon dioxide produced when yeast ferments, causing dough to inflate like a hot air balloon.
