Rep. Moran's son caught on
tape, resigns staff

Washington Times, by David Sherfinski

Original Article

Posted By:LAW428, 10/25/2012 9:51:39 AM

U.S. Rep. James P. Moran’s son Patrick resigned from his father’s campaign after being caught on camera earlier this month appearing to give advice on how to commit voter fraud to a conservative video journalist. Project Veritas, the group headed by conservative activist James O'Keefe, circulated the video Wednesday. Patrick Moran, who had been serving as his father’s field director, said in a statement that he never took the person videotaping him seriously and was simply humoring him.

Comments:
The Dems are good at accusing Republicans/conservatives of doing the things they are actually doing. This should be huge frontpage news!

“This incident, however, was clearly an error in judgment,” the statement reads. “The campaign has accepted Patrick’s resignation, effective immediately.”

An "error in judgment"?

Allow us to call it what it is: a disgusting and utter lack of morality, a monumental lie, and an indication of how low humanism and liberalism can bring a person as they maintain their "what's the big deal?" worldview.

Heh. Campaign forces young Moran to resign for revealing classified campaign information. Not to worry. This videotape will not appear on any northern Virginia/D.C. area TV news program.

Just check back in a few months. He will be back sucking on the taxpayer or campaign teat at the behest of his corrupt father once again. These disgusting leftists believe once they are elected they have the right to start passing out the spoils to family and supporters. Just look at Obama; that was the purpose of the entire stimulus.

The dumb thing about this is that Alexandria is so gerrymandered in favor of the Rats that Moron has this seat for either life or until the black-child-beating and racketeering criminal is finally caught in the act and put away, so why bother cheating when your dumb constituents cast their votes strictly on the basis of you having a D next to your name.

Congressman Charlie Rangel (D-NY) appeared surprised by how accommodating leadership PAC funds are to members and their personal spending habits after he saw CBS’s 60 Minutes report on Sunday covering the issue based upon Peter Schweizer’s new book Extortion. “I had no idea the PACs were that flexible and didn´t have the same restrictions. I always treat it the way I treated campaign funds. It seems as though for the integrity of the system that the FEC is going to have to make some changes because it´s become a pension fund and a perk fund,” said Rangel to Breitbart News

You may not be able to tour the White House because of the spending increase slowdown from sequestration, but the Obama family can tour Africa for the small sum of $60 or $100 million. President Barack Obama will hold bilateral meetings with leaders in Senegal, South Africa, and Tanzania between June 26 and July 3, and the wife and kids are going along for the ride. The Obama family vacation will include air transportation for 56 vehicles, among them 14 parade limousines, trucks carrying bulletproof glass to install at hotels, and two ambulances: one for dealing with biological and chemical contaminants, one with x-ray equipment.

WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama came into office four years ago skeptical of pushing the power of the White House to the limit, especially if it appeared to be circumventing Congress. Now, as he launches his second term, Obama has grown more comfortable wielding power to try to move his own agenda forward, particularly when a deeply fractured, often-hostile Congress gets in his way.

Barack quickly stepped in and grabbed the First Lady´s billowing skirt to help her avoid a wardrobe malfunction and embarrassing Marilyn Monroe moment. Earlier in the week, another famous lady on the global stage suffered a similar snafu, but no one was around to help her -- not even her prince!

A new review is questioning the effectiveness of two key drugs enlisted in the fight against influenza and in turn the investments by governments to stockpile the drugs in the event of a global flu outbreak. The antiviral drugs Tamiflu (oseltamivir) and Relenza (zanamivir ) are commonly used to treat influenza in healthy adults and children. In the case of Tamiflu, the drug does shorten symptoms of influenza by about half a day - as the manufacturer suggests - but there is insufficient evidence to support claims that it reduces hospital admissions or serious complications, such as confirmed pneumonia or

Solar power has won the global argument. Photovoltaic energy is already so cheap that it competes with oil, diesel and liquefied natural gas in much of Asia without subsidies. Roughly 29pc of electricity capacity added in America last year came from solar, rising to 100pc even in Massachusetts and Vermont.[Snip] The technology is improving so fast--helped by the US military--that it has achieved a virtous circle. Roughly 110,000 ethnic-Japanese immigrants and their American children were detained during World War II after Japan’s sneak attack on Americans in Pearl Harbor. Pelosi also urged Obama
