Palin slams Obama’s
“shuck and jive shtick”

Salon Magazine, by Alex Halperin

Original Article

Posted By:Scottyboy, 10/24/2012 12:59:24 PM

Sarah Palin has weighed in on the September 11 Benghazi attack through Facebook, an online venue where both former half-term governors and everyone else can air their opinions: …Why the dissembling about the cause of the murder of our ambassador on the anniversary of the worst terrorist attacks on American soil? We deserve answers to this. President Obama’s shuck and jive shtick with these Benghazi lies must end. Now the investigation can proceed. Or maybe we can spend a day talking about her. The Romney campaign must be thrilled.

Comments:
Sarah is not afraid to call a spade a spade, but one of the -ahem- "gentlemen" over in the Salon has his panties in a knot and is having a PC meltdown over Sarah's straight talk. Sarah has more testosterone in her little pinky that dear Alex has in his entire body.

"Shuck and Jive": To "shuck and jive” originally referred to the intentionally misleading words and actions that African-Americans would employ in order to deceive racist Euro-Americans in power, both during the period of slavery and afterwards.

Sarah is on target! Obama copied Morgan Freman's role playing a cool calm collected president during a crisis in a Spielburg produced movie during his 2008 run and it appealed to a lot of White voters...it strikes me listening to his recent riff on "Romensia" as he is bouncing around trying to make jokes that he is trying to mimic Chris Rock, who also played a comedic president...this undignified approach won't work in 2012...

They got upset with her when she talked about Obama's "big stick", forgetting that Biden told a crowd that "Obama's got a big stick".

Although the Civil Rights Act, the landmark legislation which just reached its 50th anniversary, made great strides in desegregating the economy, economic discrimination is still widespread, and anti-discrimination legislation alone can never rectify the economic damage inflicted upon blacks by slavery and our Jim Crow apartheid regime. The Civil Rights Act was a mild reform, all things considered, but one conservatives fought with vigor and one many conservatives are still bitter about to this day. Some time back, whenever a big racial controversy erupted, I trained myself into the habit of reading about it at FoxNews.com, just for the unbelievable comment threads. Let’s put it this way: If my friends and I went out to a bar and started playing a “let’s write the racist FoxNews.com comment thread” drinking game, our efforts couldn’t begin to approach what I read there.I wasn’t alone. Liberal websites started feasting on these threads. And so, a couple of years ago, Ailes & Co. got wise. Stories about race were, at least in my disheartened experience, closed to comments.
