Editing Bolsters Obama’s
Role in SEALs Film

Los Angeles--Thanks to the magic of editing, President Obama will have a starring role in a television drama about one of his biggest accomplishments — the killing of Osama bin Laden — that will be shown just two nights before the presidential election. But the star turn is virtually certain to bolster claims that the approximately 90-minute film amounts to a political stunt. Set for a prime-time debut on Nov. 4 on the National Geographic Channel, and a release the next day on Netflix, the film — “SEAL Team Six: The Raid

Correction: Not HIS biggest accomplishments. The SEALs'.

Don't you just love it when people take credit for others' work?

What? Are they going to take out the scene from him playing golf while the attack was going on? Or are they editing him into the actual boots on the ground action suited up in military gear complete with head mic to call the plans?

It's hard to believe they're putting so much faith in this cable tv movie to drag obama across he finish line.

I really don't think Obama is the one who pulled the trigger on this and it's possible he didn't even know it was going on.How many people would be playing golf during something this important. The think intelligence got tried of obama's stalling on this and pulled the trigger themselves.

Let's hope this film doesn't cause otherwise peace-loving Muslims to become upset and do something drastic. One has to wonder whether bragging and boasting about the Bin Laden killing is in America's strategic interests at this point. It is certainly a foolish tactic for Obama's campaign for him to insert himself into what was in reality a professional military operation and to claim credit for its success. In trying to make himself look bigger and better he merely manages to look small and vain.

I hear the edit is to put Obama's face on one of the SEAL's bodies like America's Funniest Videos does with Tom Burgerone.

So, in a last-minute attempt to paint Obama as a hero who DOES care about the safety of America and its citizens, the president will star in a film about his decision to kill Osama bin Laden.

Although his Muslim pals have probably been notified that the film is a necessary 'stunt' for him to secure another 4 years in the White House, there are bound to be Islamic terrorists who are not amused.

The Republicans are definitely on the ball with their ads and can put them together quickly. A huge one is needed with pictures of the SEAL Team, their faces covered, and editorials about who really did this job. Perhaps some reference back to George W wanting OBL found dead or alive. Some video of SEALs training on the beaches and in the water while BHO frolics in the water while on vacation. SEALs shown dropping from helicopters into danger zones while BHO boards Air Force One. A scene on the golf links and of our coward-in-chief munching on all his favorite fatty foods, the ones outlawed by Mooche. A voice-over can say how the SEALS do not seek, nor do they want, the limelight or publicity because the job they do is dangerous even for such highly skilled men who have been trained for such tasks.

Yeah, when he gets his library, out in front will be a statue of Obama in armor, astride a war horse, with a sword in one hand, and in the other, the severed head of Osama bin Laden. And on the base it will say: "The future does not belong to those who slander the prophet of Allah." Because what he has learned as Commander in Chief is that you don't send mixed messages to other world leaders.

For the 30th straight month, the United States economy added jobs in March, albeit still at a pace too sluggish to put a big dent in the backlog of 11.7 million idle workers. The nation’s employers increased their payrolls by 88,000 last month, compared with 268,000 in February, according to a Labor Department report released Friday. The unemployment rate, which comes from a different survey, ticked down to 7.6 percent from 7.7 percent. Tokyo—The Bank of Japan [8301.JA +4.83%] is pulling out all the stops to get the economy out of deflation, its new governor said, after the central bank rolled out aggressive easing measures that surprised markets, pushing bond yields to an all-time low and boosting share prices. At his inaugural policy board meeting Thursday, Haruhiko Kuroda convinced the nine-member panel to agree to a major expansion of government bond purchases, including buying longer-term debt, which is designed to drive down longer-term rates. The BOJ also broke free from some self-imposed limits that the previous leadership under Masaaki Shirakawa adhered to.
