The email stating that a terrorist group had claimed responsibility was sent 2 hours after the attack started. So there was no conflicting or evolving story.

I do not understand. I am just mystified by all of this. I can not fathom what was to be gained by blaming a video for the attack. Why did Obama lie to the American people, repeatedly, when the truth would come out. Why not just tell the truth and call it a terrorist attack. Even I, as partisan as I am, would not "blame" Obama for the attack. Did Obama lie for political reasons, Did Obama do this to specifically rile up the "offened" muslims. I think it's quite clear now why they lied despite getting emails this early telling the true circumstances of the attack. And the reason is much simpler than most have conjured up. They (Obama and Axelrod) simply didn't want to cancel the Nevada trip. They desperately wanted to continue their campaign plans and fundraising, and they knew that if they began to respond to the emails, they would be hunkered down for days dealing with the emerging crisis. THAT is why they didn't acknowledge the emails and came up with the video excuse. They were in a hurry to hit the road.

Dereliction of duty? Callous indifference? Evil? Check. Check. Check.

A Fox reporter broke this story last night and Hannity and Greta covered it. I guess they have embarrassed ABC and CBS into reporting it as well. Wonder, now, if this will also come from NBC.

We saw on the Bret Baier special our people's frantic efforts to stay alive. I was amazed they lasted as long as they did. The bottom line is that Ambassador Stevens and the others took fire, inhaled heavy, acrid smoke and left bloody hand prints and ultimately died while Obama, Hillary and Panetta watched and did nothing. Obama will tolerate the flag pin on the lapel, saluting the Marines, etc only because he so much more enjoys the trappings of the office; the Air Force 1, etc and not the responsibilities. The weight of holding this office is having to wear the lapel in, etc.

That he isn't at 10% in the polls disgusts even more than his actions.

I saw Sarah Palin on Greta's show last night and she was nearly in tears. What she was most angry about is that our military is fighting and dying to protect the right of a free press - and here the media is lying to us as cover for Obama.

Either the lines of communication in the Obama/Clinton State Department are amazingly snarled up, or else the message was indeed passed on up the chain of command, and the consensus decision was to ignore it, and to spin it if anyone happened to notice. It looks as if they figured that this would have all the impact on the voting public that reports of yet another roadside bomb in Afghanistan do. Either way, it's massive incompetence on the part of the administration.

It's very possible Romney did know #35, he knew the news would get out, but did not want to be the messenger.

Whatever Romney's strategy of Monday's debate, it's clear that NerØbama's strategy was to lie profusely, knowing that he would either be challenged and start a fight a la debate 2, or if not challenged millions would hear his lies undisputed in real-time. Like "errors" in print (error on page 1, correction page A23) or in court ("the jury will disregard"), the corrections have minimal impact if not done promptly.

This makes it imperative that the lies about Benghazi be aggressively disputed on this Sunday's LSM talk shows, regardless of the questions of the LSM host. Talk over and challenge the host, if need be. These emails are the smoking gun: lock and load.

Instead of covering up for Obama the MSM should be angry! This was/is a huge story. Because Obama lied the news agencies have been deprived of the truth to tell about the terrorist attack. Why don't they care?

This was on Fox this morning and I decided to check out NBC to see if they mentioned it. They did not. No wonder Obama is running as high as he is in the poles.
