Famed civil rights attorney Gloria Allred will be in a Boston area courtroom Wednesday in an attempt to unseal the sworn testimony given by Republican Presidential hopeful Mitt Romney, in a prior court case, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. "The Boston Globe is headed to court tomorrow morning for an emergency hearing in an attempt to obtain a court order to unseal the sworn testimony given by Mitt Romney in a prior court case and to lift a gag order so that the parties can speak about Romney. Gloria Allred will be in court representing one of the parties in the

Comments:
It would take a crooked political judge to release sealed testimony for campaign purposes. I would also think any appeals process would keep this locked up beyond the election. The sole purpose might be to cause that to happen as there might not even be anything of any significance there.

Obama did this in his Senate campaign against illinois senator Ryan (not same Ryan).

Scummy. Since it's MA, they'll get the filth.

All Romney's Attorneys would have to do is ask for a continuance. DOA.

Besides, the whole point of a sealed document is to PROTECT the parties, including a child -- something Allred, Axelrod and Obama could care less about.

Of course the records will not be made public, which is exactly what the slimy creeps wanted. That way they can speculate about things far worse than what is actually there, and the media will report that speculation as fact. Remember, it is the seriousness of the charge that matters, not the truth.

With what we know about Romeneys character does anyone really believe theres a bucket of slime hidden under a rock somewhere with his name on it?

If something really juicy existed no court order could ever have kept it secret in the Mass courts. It would have been leaked, maybe even by the judge. This entire cesspool of a state is nothing but a democrat hackorama. I've personally been in pig stys that are far cleaner than the political world here.

I believe she filed suit after she had the abortion.

Over the last few years, I've had just about enough (a belly full, to be exact) of this vicious, bitter, headline-craving old hag. Doesn't she have anything better to do?

Is this what Allred went to law school for? To run around the country trying her best to get on camera and destroy good and decent men and women? She should have her claws out for criminals such as child molesters; God knows there are plenty of them out there.

Hmmmm...the Norfolk Probate & Family Court in Canton, Massachusetts? Since we know Mitt has never been divorced, it can't be the sealed proceedings of his children's custody (like Jack Ryan).

Did AllRed dig up some woman (her only client base) who now feels she should get more money now than was awarded then??

Does she think Mitt said something (following church teachings) that could be twisted to "he maliciously said it to deny this poor woman what she deserves" and try to make Romney look bad as a candidate??

This is how O won the Senate in Illinois. He had the divorce records of his main primary opponent and his Republican Senate opponent unsealed--using the press as a surrogate. What standing does Gloria Allred have to unseal these documents? The press can claim the First Amendment.

Ms. Ulwick was a mere Assistant Judicial Case Manager, according to the Middlesex website, but she has since been elevated (see below).

Little video of her here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3iQW8TvoNOs

Her Nomination from Obama uber alles man Deval Patrick:
http://masslawyersweekly.com/the-docket-blog/2012/02/07/patrick-nominates-three-to-probate-court/

And of course, her assignment of this request was likely no accident. Chances of a new car in her driveway before Christmas? High...very high.

Their previous strategies so far...
1) Couldn't get his tax returns out of the IRS (well, legally anyhow)
2)tried to highlight and unseal records (How odd...Obama camp fighting to unseal records...amazing coincidence!) a 1981 boat license issue that turned into an arrest over alleged disorderly conduct (yes, look for it it's out there, old news and minor)
3) Obama signature move to secure his Senate seat was, as another above mentioned...to unseal damaging divorce records.
4) Trump has some counterintel and will hopefully go full monty with it soon.

So, par for the course with this crowd.

Does anyone think for a minute that Romney, a long-time Mormon, has any skeletons in his closet - don't think so. As mad as Newt was at Romney for all the negative ad's in the primaries, I'm sure newt would have brought this up.

And there's a big difference between a gag order and sealed documents. More than likely has to do with one of his boys. Boys being boys sometimes end up in trouble.

Just look at Barry's record in his various campaigns. He prefers to disqualify or embarrass his opponents out of the race and run unopposed. That failing he loves to run against second and third rate competition like John McCain or Alan Keyes. This current presidential race is the first real contest he's ever been in, except of course when Congressmen Bobby Rush called him ''an educated fool'' and beat him like a rented mule in Obama's first race for Congress. Obama's lesson from that early beating was that elections are problematic and need to be simplified by any means necessary... Hence, Allred to the rescue!

Howie Carr has the scoop. It is a very old known story about a case in which Romney counseled a woman against an abortion. Months old, story was out already, they just dug up the corpse. That's all.

#15, that sort of thing wouldn't be handled in F and P Court. And if the maid claimed she was assaulted by Romney, it would be a criminal matter.

Insofar as the abortion counseling story is concerned, they've been trying use that against Romney since 1994. In any case, the woman who had the abortion is refusing to speak except through an intermediary.

While the press goes there, maybe they could look up the social security number the prez uses from that state and his rush to pay his decades old tickets from Harvard days and a lot more juicy... and I mean juicy stuff.

We at Townhall have been covering this hotly contested Senate race for months and the results are finally in: With 36 percent of precincts reporting, Elizabeth Warren has been declared the next junior Senator from Massachusetts. Warren has never held public office before and the eye-popping $40 million she raised this election cycle evidently proved more than enough to unseat incumbent Senator Scott Brown. This was the most expensive Senate race of 2012 -- by a long shot.

The Obama and Romney campaigns may be gearing up for a very late night, with one Obama campaign adviser predicting that in Florida alone, "they'll be counting until 2 a.m." The Obama adviser said signs suggest the race is quite tight, though the campaign claimed to be "holding strong" in key battlegrounds like Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. The adviser also said turnout among black voters in Virginia was better than expected, suggesting that could be a problem for Mitt Romney. Republican operatives in Virginia, though, predicted a razor-thin victory for their candidate in the state.

Washington - Early returns on Tuesday in what is anticipated to be a dead even presidential election contained no surprises, as CNN projected President Barack Obama will win his home state of Illinois and eight other races while Republican challenger Mitt Romney will win nine states. All races called so far went as expected after the roller-coaster ride of an election campaign that was buffeted by a superstorm and missteps on both sides. In Ohio, the former Massachusetts governor takes 56 percent of self-identified independents, compared with 40 percent for President Barack Obama. That’s a huge decrease for Obama from 2008, when the exit polls found him winning independents in Ohio by 12 points, 52 percent to 44 percent for John McCain. The numbers are similar but slightly tighter in Virginia: Romney takes 53 percent of independents there, according to ABC News exit polls, a 12-point lead over Obama. HARTFORD, Conn. -- With time running out on the chance to pass gun control legislation, President Barack Obama on Monday warned Congress not to use delaying tactics against tighter regulations and told families of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting victims that he´s "determined as ever" to honor their children with tougher laws. Obama´s gun control proposals have run into resistance on Capitol Hill, leaving their fate in doubt. Efforts by Senate Democrats to reach compromise with Republicans over expanding required federal background checks have yet to yield an agreement, and conservatives were promising to try

Recent research indicates that the number of people who do not consider themselves a part of an organized religion is steadily on the rise. Interestingly enough, though the number of those religiously unaffiliated is increasing, there is little to no trend in the number of those who express atheist or agnostic beliefs. People aren’t saying they don’t believe in God. They’re saying they don’t believe in religion. They are not rejecting Christ. They are rejecting the church. This begs the question, “Why are we losing our religion?”

Los Angeles — Some people have had it with TV. They´ve had enough of the 100-plus channel universe. They don´t like timing their lives around network show schedules. They´re tired of $100-plus monthly bills. A growing number of them have stopped paying for cable and satellite TV service, and don´t even use an antenna to get free signals over the air. (Snip) Last month, the Nielsen Co. started labeling people in this group "Zero TV" households, because they fall outside the traditional definition of a TV home. There are 5 million of these residences in the U.S., up from

Annette Funicello, the dark-haired darling of TV´s “The Mickey Mouse Club” in the 1950s who further cemented her status as a pop-culture icon in the ´60s by teaming with Frankie Avalon in a popular series of “beach” movies, died Monday. She was 70. Funicello, who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1987 and became a spokeswoman for treatment of the chronic, often-debilitating disease of the central nervous system, died at Mercy Southwest Hospital in Bakersfield, Walt Disney Co. spokesman Howard Green said. Beginning a week of high pressure on gun control, the White House on Monday accused some Republican senators of cowardice for planning to filibuster gun legislation without allowing the full Senate to vote on President Obama’s initiatives. “If they oppose this legislation, have the courage to say so on the floor and vote no,” said White House press secretary Jay Carney. “Don’t block it. Don’t hide behind a procedural action to prevent a vote. That’s the wrong thing to do, and that’s how the president clearly feels.”

Chelsea Clinton has raised her profile in the last few days, which sparked the inevitable question about the former first daughter´s future: Will she ever be like Mom and Dad and run for office? Clinton, 33, essentially said "maybe" in an interview that aired Monday on NBC´s Today show. "Right now I´m grateful to live in a city, a state and a country where I strongly support my mayor, my governor, my president and my senators and my representative," said Clinton, whose father, Bill, was president from 1993-2001 and her mother, Hillary

More than 700 Special Operations veterans are urging members of Congress to back a select committee to investigate last year’s Benghazi terrorist attack, according to a letter first obtained by Fox News. The letter from the group, “Special Operations Speaks,” supports the appointment of a special committee tasked with the single mission of investigating the attack that left Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans dead, and shut down the CIA operation in an annex of the Benghazi consulate, in the Sept. 11, 2012 attack. “Congress must show some leadership and provide answers to the public

President Barack Obama is bringing 11 relatives of those killed in the shooting at Connecticut´s Sandy Hook Elementary School to Washington on Air Force One on Monday so they can personally encourage senators to back gun legislation that faces tough opposition. A nonprofit organization that works with the families, Sandy Hook Promise, said that after Obama´s speech on gun control in Hartford, he is flying with relatives of seven children and one staffer killed during December´s massacre at the school. The White House says Obama is going to argue that lawmakers have an

There was growing buzz over the weekend that a bipartisan agreement on gun control — a deal that would expand background checks — could hit the floor as early as this week. However, any deal could be derailed by the looming threat of a Republican filibuster involving Texas Sen. Ted Cruz. With Cruz standing proudly in the way of any gun legislation, Democrats are trying to make him pay a political price — and even a couple of high-profile Republicans are questioning his tactics.

Amid all of the very real threats of war and stuff from North Korea, you´d think American intelligence officers want as much video footage of the enemy as possible. Well, here is one video featuring North Korean exercises and Kim Jong-Un holding a gun, and we´ll say this: they certainly get points for presentation. Remember the clap-happy report from Dennis Rodman´s diplomatic basketball vacation? This video comes courtesy of the same Youtube channel that gave us that Rodman video. It appears to be the same state news channel.(Snip for video)This latest dispatch from North Korea´s state television
