This is how O won the Senate in Illinois. He had the divorce records of his main primary opponent and his Republican Senate opponent unsealed--using the press as a surrogate. What standing does Gloria Allred have to unseal these documents? The press can claim the First Amendment.

They don't even tell us what the case was that All Red is trying to get the testimony unsealed from. It sounds to me like there is no there there to this.
