Tehran — Iran has agreed to abandon its nuclear-weapons program in a historic diplomatic achievement certain to dominate tonight’s foreign-policy presidential debate, and dramatically reshape the electoral landscape. “This is an extraordinary breakthrough,” said Deputy Undersecretary of State Jonathan Ebert Jr., lead negotiator for the U.S. “It’s a tribute to the hard work of our diplomatic team and President Obama’s visionary leadership.” According to Ebert, the momentous deal was struck late Sunday night after President Obama called Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and personally apologized for a Madonna video the Iranian leader found offensive.

Sounds like Neville Chamberlain is still alive. He signed the treaty with Hitler that ended all agression from Hitler and that Great Britain was now safe. Shortly after, Hitler invaded Poland.

"We, the German Fuhrer and Chancellor, and the British Prime Minister, have had a further meeting today and are agreed in recognizing that the question of Anglo-German relations is of the first importance for our two countries and for Europe.

We regard the agreement signed last night and the Anglo-German Naval Agreement as symbolic of the desire of our two peoples never to go to war with one another again.

We are resolved that the method of consultation shall be the method adopted to deal with any other questions that may concern our two countries, and we are determined to continue our efforts to remove possible sources of difference, and thus to contribute to assure the peace of Europe.

My good friends, for the second time in our history, a British Prime Minister has returned from Germany bringing peace with honor. I believe it is "peace for our time." Go home and get a nice quiet sleep."

Obama Administration credits its agreement with the jailed creator of the anti-Mohammed video to create a pro-Mohammed TV series for PBS, Downton Mosque, as the reason for dissolution of Muslim Brotherhood. According to Susan Rice, UN Ambassador, the need for large numbers of script writers, actors, stunt doubles and faux out of control demonstrators has drained resources from the Brotherhood. This lack of talent has forced its leadership to postpone plans to install Sharia law in Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Mali, Yemen, Jordan, the UK and Iraq. President Obama is also expected to announce at tonight's debate with the apostate Romney that contractual terms are being finalized for a HBO series, Sharia in the City, and a new NBC sitcom, Leading from Behind, starring recent Muslim convert, Charlie Ali Sheen as the unseen but comical Mohammed. Obama intends to assure listeners that the Brotherhood will not resume its anti-American activities in any state that he carries in November.

Stephen Hawking has produced a "mind-bending" new theory that argues black holes do not actually exist - at least not in the way we currently perceive them. Instead, in his paper, Information Preservation and Weather Forecasting for Black Holes, Hawking proposes that black holes can exist without 'event horizons', the invisible cover believed to surround every black hole.During a previous lecture, 'Into the Black Hole', Hawkins described an event horizon as the boundary of a black hole, "where gravity is just strong enough to drag light back, and prevent it escaping".
“Falling through the event horizon, is a bit like going over Niagara Falls in a canoe", he said. "If you are above the falls, you can get away if you paddle fast enough, but once you are over the edge, you are lost. There's no way back.

The Supreme Court on Friday shielded the Little Sisters of the Poor and other nonprofit religious groups from complying, for now, with the Obama administration’s rule that they provide free contraceptives in the health insurance they offer employees. The justices issued a one-paragraph order that keeps in place a temporary injunction that was handed down by Justice Sonia Sotomayor on Dec. 31. The Little Sisters of the Poor and other Catholic charities objected to the so-called “contraceptive mandate” -- a provision of the Affordable Care Act -- on religious grounds. Their lawyers said they feared “draconian fines” if they failed to comply

Anyway, for the first part of the series, go here; and for the second, go here. I will now wrap up. There is a defeatist strain among conservatives. Some say, “You know, we’ve done our best. We’ve tried our best in politics. Let’s just give up, and tend to private life, such as it is. Let’s look after our families, our places of worship, our friends.

As the 2012 election approached, conservative enthusiasm grew. Mitt Romney was drawing huge crowds while Barack Obama spoke in half-filled stadiums. All the passion lay on the right, while the left was discouraged with a promised messiah who proved merely a politician. How could Romney lose, especially by such a wide electoral margin? Maybe he didn´t

Climate change’s latest casualty appears to be fish — or more specifically, fish brains — as researchers say the carbon dioxide that’s being absorbed into the ocean is causing the scaly creatures to lose their survival instincts. In other words, the fish are losing their minds, The Daily Mail reported. The acid from atmospheric carbon dioxide seeps into sea waters, dissolves and ultimately lowers the pH balance, researchers said. The acidic waters then hamper the fishes’ sensory systems, so they’re not able to distinguish between smells any longer, the scientists went on. When the acid levels get really high, the fish lose their
