I got a polling call the other day. It was automated. At the end of it, their information would tell them that they had just polled an African American male, age 18-24, a Muslim, who voted for McCain in 08 and was voting for Romney this time.

I wanted their data to look a bit more interesting. Why should the poll takers be bored, was my generous thought.

I'm an older White male with a lot of older White male friends. Most of us held our nose and voted for McCain because no matter how uninspiring McCain was, the alternative with Obama the Marxist was sooooo much worse. No comparison - Not even close!
If anything the Obamboozler has lost voters from every demographic since 2008 and four years of nothing but policies that have made our situation only worse. If you voted for the Obamboozler in 2008 you got suckered. If you vote for the Benghazi Bullshirter in 2012, yer just plain stupid.

Since HW Bush was mentioned in the article and here, lets not forget he was no friend of gun owners. As a senator he voted for the 1968 gun control act. As president he "temporarily" outlawed the importation of any gun worth owning, then made it permanent when nobody was looking. He frequently used magazine capacity as a bargaining chip with congress. Plus, the "jack booted thugs" from the ATF we all remember so well operated with impunity during his time in office.

Sorry, but all the people they mention, are under 60 and retired. Now we know that retirement age is above 65, unless you are a government worker. So, to claim that those people where supporting McCain in 2008 is unbelievable to me.
