There was a horrible story about Afghanistan where it was reported that rape is routine in Afghan arrests. No matter what, they pick you up on a charge -- guilty or innocent -- and your punishment includes a gang rape.

Recent research indicates that the number of people who do not consider themselves a part of an organized religion is steadily on the rise.
