| Our country faces a momentous choice. The fact is the United States is on an unsustainable course. At stake is nothing less than our position in the world, our standard of living at home and our constitutional freedoms. That is why I am endorsing Mitt Romney for president. We can’t afford four more years in which debt mushrooms out of control, our government grows and our military is weakened. For the past four years, we have squandered one opportunity after the next to turn things around. The longer we delay acting, the steeper the price we will have to pay.

Wonder if Perot ever had a pang about enabling Clinton to defeat Bush I. I figure he did. Perot was not a bad man, rescuing his own employees from danger in Viet Nam, but he did have the short man syndrome. Not sure why he disliked Bush I so much but then I did not like Bush I like so many others did, due to the snobbish attitude and disdain he had for Reagan.

I could care less about Ross Perot and I personally blame him for us losing that election. That being said, every single person who is even a tiny bit well known endorsing Romney is a good thing. It is all about perception. So many wishy washy people vote for who they think the winner is.

This is good news. Perot captured 19% of the vote in 1992 and a lot of those people are still around. It could swing a few votes in crucial areas.

Wisconsin is known for many things, such as our friendly disposition, impeccable beer and cheeses and, of course, our Green Bay Packers. Since I´ve taken office, we´ve gained national recognition for the proven results of our fiscal and economic reforms. We took a principled stand, confronted our shortcomings and transformed them into real solutions. We´re turning things around and heading in the right direction. It seems so reasonable. In the minds of many, "universal background checks" for firearms transactions sounds like a good idea. But is it really? No. No idea is good if it doesn´t work. No legislation is reasonable if it fails to accomplish its purported goal — to prevent violent criminals and the mentally ill from acquiring firearms. Criminals won´t participate in a "universal" system. They´ll always steal or get their guns, and everything else they want, on the black market. Reasonable people know that criminals will never be part of the "universe."

A new report obtained by Townhall from the non-partisan Government Accountability Institute [GAI] shows the Obama campaign has potentially violated federal election law by failing to prevent the use of fraudulent or foreign credit card transactions on the official Obama for America [OFA] donation webpage. For the past eight months, GAI has been investigating the potential influence of foreign online campaign donations in House, Senate and presidential elections. The report was conducted using spidering software and found thousands of foreign sites linking to campaign donation pages. The investigation was conducted with the guidance of a former U.S. attorney.

RUSH: Folks, I don´t know how else to categorize this. We are living in a dying country. I don´t know how else to categorize what´s happening -- 88,000 new jobs. The unemployment rate, because of a terrible statistic, is down to 7.6%. The number of people in this country who are not working is shameful. Ninety million Americans are no longer in the workforce. Ninety million. People not in the labor force grew by 663,000, and now 90 million. That´s the labor force participation rate. This is 1979 levels.
