| WITH his historic presidency in peril, US President Barack Obama will shake off his lethargy with a "strong" and passionate" comeback in his second debate with Mitt Romney, a top advisor said. Mr Obama and Republican presidential candidate Mr Romney meet at Hofstra University, in New York/ Mr Obama is under intense pressure after Mr Romney's nimble first debate showing two weeks ago triggered a polling spurt which tightened the race into a dead heat.

I interpret this as him planning on using that whiny inflection that's really puts me off more than most of his diction. Dude is going to over act and overreach. I really won't be able to watch if he comes off as a ham-fisted phoney beyond his usual performances.

I have a fairly safe prediction. No matter what happens at the debate tonight, the MSM will immediately hail Obama's tremendous comeback performance and attempt to demonize Romney for being untruthful, vague and/or rude.
After the last debate, the MSM and the rest of the left wing could not stifle their shock, horror and deep disappointment at Obama. It was like a gag reflex. They simply could not hold back their overpowering urge to vomit.
Now they have had time to reflect and have become even more shocked and horrified to see Romney shoot ahead of Obama in all of the polls. The MSM and the rest of the far left-wing fringe have way too much emotionally and financially invested in Obama to simply cut him loose now. They will do whatever it takes from now until the election to prop Obama back up.
If they do manage to prop Obama up long enough to get him re-elected, then they will start tearing into him like a pack of wild dogs. The honeymoon is definitely over.
The best sign that Obama bombed the debate tonight will be if the left tears into Crowley immediately after the debate. If Crowley does not do a really good job propping Obama up throughout the debate, all of the left-wing's anger, hate and fear will be directed straight at her.

WASHINGTON — Attorney General Eric Holder, the nation´s chief law enforcement officer, returned to the courthouse where he once served as a judge, this time in the role of prospective juror performing his civic duty. The Justice Department said Holder wasn´t chosen and that he won´t be called back. Had he been selected for the jury Tuesday, the attorney general would have been on a panel hearing an armed robbery case. Holder sat in the last row of Judge Stuart Nash´s courtroom along with other prospective jurors as the judge gave details of the case.

MSNBC´s programming became almost entirely full of commentary and opinion in 2012, while "factual reporting" saw almost no airtime, according to a new report from the Pew Research Center. The premium network later this month will air a documentary called "Fall to Grace" on McGreevey’s resignation as governor and his “redemption and transformation” while studying to become an Episcopal priest and working to help female inmates, according to a press release from HBO. An Ohio woman filed a $25,000 lawsuit against her employer, alleging she was fired for voting for President Obama. Patricia Kunkle of Kettering, Ohio, claimed that Dayton-based Q-Mark, Inc., threatened to fire employees of the defense contractor if Obama won re-election, with the president’s supporters to be the first to receive pink slips, the Dayton Daily News reported. Kunkle said she had a conversation the day after Election Day that indicated she voted for Obama. She was fired three days later.
