| Observing Vice President Joe Biden’s repeated sneering at debate opponent Paul Ryan, some marveled at the voluble politician’s lack of protocol. Was he on pills, booze or just becoming a caricature of his irascible self in old age? In fact, there is a better way to interpret this behavior which is impossible to completely dismiss because it’s rooted in known political beliefs and core values. After Barack’s strangely flaccid first-debate performance, it’s understandable why Biden felt a need to go on the offensive.

Joe did what all real alcoholics do when cornered and are getting their ego's hammered down into reality. They lash out, get abusive, rude, and go out of control. My bet is as soon as he got off stage he had a drink to calm his nerves. He was probably drinking before the debate too.
He was lost on stage and his talking points got lost in the fog of his infantile little mind.

The writer makes some good points. Leftism is indeed institutionalized bad manners, moral vanity and malice. Leftists believe that everything is permitted in the service of their ideology. They believe that the end justifies the means. Biden's grotesque evil clown performance is a natural outgrowth of Leftism dogmatism and collectivism. There is no room or category in Leftist thinking for disagreement or differences of opinion. Infidels are not simply wrong - they are wicked, and deserve to be treated as wicked. Contempt and ridicule are the very least they deserve. They are enemies of the people, the state, and the truth itself. Leftist fanatics see nothing wrong with doing whatever it takes to suppress them.

Conservatives tend to honor tradition. Thus reasoned, rational discourse and respect for ideas and free speech is part of the political process for conservatives. The Left, Progressives, whatever you call them, subscribe to the leftist maxim that the ends justify the means. There is no free, rational discourse in any place run by the left. Joe could not defend himself or his boss's record and he could not refute Ryan's points or allow Ryan to finish making his points. Raddatz, a friend of both the Bidens and the Obamas, was loyal to her friends in cutting off Ryan before he could complete his points and in not calling Joe on his rude, incessant interruptions. As for the manic grinning, boorish in its own right, it seems to suggest that anyone who believes in Leftist fantasy is victim of some form of mental disability.

By interupting and seeming to be rude, he disctracted viewers from what Ryan had to say.

Pro golfers, golf writers, and TV commentators are up in arms that Tiger Woods was only given a 2-stroke penalty for his illegal drop on the 15th hole yesterday. Tiger said last night that he dropped his ball two yards behind his previous spot, clearly violating the rule that you must drop "as nearly as possible" to your original spot. Golf people are not happy about it. They say that the new rule is B.S. (or it´s at least being misinterpreted), and Tiger should DQ himself to save the integrity of the game.

Only one of my six children has left New York for economic reasons but the strain of living in this expensive nanny state is weighing heavy on my other five and their families. As a native New Yorker, I´ve seen its middle class population decline over the years due to its neglect of blue collar families which is ironic since this is a Democrat city. With the recent arrests of several local politicians for corruption perhaps New Yorkers will pay more attention to those they put in office. Given their past indifference in local elections this is highly unlikely.
