Coal miners ask Obama to stop

Beallsville - Coal miners at the American Energy Corp. Century Mine said they want President Barack Obama to stop what they term the war on coal - and to stop spreading mistruths about them. (snip) The miners said Obamas campaign team is running ads filled with blatantly false statements about the miners regarding their participation in Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romneys August campaign stop at the Century Mine. These ads assert that the miners were forced to attend the event by the mines owner, Robert Murray. There are numerous false statements and absolute lies concerning our participation in

Comments:
I think the canary in Obama's Ohio campaign is looking a bit tottery these days. Good for these miners! Maybe they will be the first of many blue-collar groups to publicly protest the policies and words coming from this Administration.

There was a great pix at the time, with the miners and their families lined up to get in.Remember thinking..very cool..and there wasn't anyone who looked liked they were being forced to attend..Good for them ,slapping back at those pathological liars.

Obama's destructive and radical policies and regulations have enraged people across a wide spectrum.

Just think how helpless the auto dealers were to fight back, or even speak up against the full weight of the Federal Government! Recall how intimidated the "Titans of Big Business" were in their summit meeting with him. How the Pharmeseutical Companies and AARP, and the AMA knuckled under, fearing (rightfully so) the reprocusions of resistance.

Now, we are seeing citizens, whistleblowers, ATF Agents, Border Patrol, Seals and other agency personnel with the guts to stand up and speak out!

Beautiful!! We WILL take this Country back!

I've heard Robert Murray interviewed several times and have no trouble believing that he's being targeted by this administration. He will tell anyone who will listen about Barky and his little sister, Lisa Jackson at EPA, closing down 204 coal-fired generating plants.Once offline, these may well be ruined permanently.

President Barack Obama sent a weary email to supporters Saturday that referred to Washington, D.C. as a “state.” (snip) The email, which basically amounted to a 115-word tired sigh, was regionally targeted. The version sent to people in the District of Columbia (which links to a DNC fundraising page showing a map of the nation’s capital) said that “we’re counting on Democrats from every corner of the state to pitch in – and we still need 153 people from Washington. Will you be one of them?” The District of Columbia is not one of the 50 U.S. states.

(Snip) “So you’re saying there was no corruption there at all?” O’Reilly asked. “Absolutely not,” the president replied. “There were some bone-headed decisions out of a local office.” “But no mass corruption?” O’Reilly persisted. “Not even mass corruption,” a visibly-annoyed Obama replied. “Not even a smidgen of corruption.” It’s a far cry from Obama’s May 2013 statement called the targeting “outrageous.”

Time Magazine’s current cover depicts a tiny man hanging onto the heel of a shoe that’s emerging from a pant-suit wearing leg. “Can Anyone Stop Hillary?” reads the accompanying text. Maybe, if the cover also showed her tripping over the Senate Intelligence Committee’s just-released report on the attack that killed four Americans in Benghazi, Libya, while she was secretary of state. If New Jersey Governor Chris Christie must answer for four days of traffic jams on roads leading to the George Washington Bridge, surely Clinton has the same obligation to address a deadly assault that the bipartisan committee found “preventable.”

Attorney General Eric Holder has reportedly decided to unilaterally disarm the Justice Department in the war on terror. Yes, in the interest of political correctness Holder will put this nation’s law enforcement units in handcuffs. Holder is reportedly considering expanding the definition of racial profiling in a way that would prohibit federal law enforcement agents of all kinds from considering religion and national origin in investigations — including, it would appear, in counterterrorism efforts and possibly surveillance. If indeed he follows through on promises made to New York Mayor Bill de Blasio(snip), Holder should quite simply be impeached.

The theme among a bevy of challengers seems to be that Cornyn is a CINO, a conservative in name only. This is not just counter-intuitive but counter-factual. Various ratings — liberal and conservative — have agreed on one thing, Cornyn´s conservative credentials are genuine. Not conservative?
