| Conservatives expressed irritation during Thursday night’s debate with moderator Martha Raddatz, who they said let Vice President Biden repeatedly break into Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan’s answers. ABC reporter Raddatz didn’t interject to allow Ryan to finish, some conservatives noted on Twitter. National Review reporter Katrina Trinko said Raddatz was being “walked over” by Biden.

She interrupted Ryan almost as much as Biden did. She should be ashamed to call herself a moderator.

She should have been wearing a 0dumbo/Bite Me campaign button. Not only did she allow and almost encourage the interruptions, she aggressively pushed Ryan, asking repeatably for specifics. Not once did she ask Joe the same, nor did she ask him not to interrupt. I thought Ryan did a fantastic job of not showing any anger or frustration.

I read somewhere that there were questions about whether she should be Moderator. I think it was that Obama was a guest at her wedding (now divorced) to one of his supporters?
But the commission on presidential debates kept her on. She was a major mistake.. and of course Joe B. always has been.

Isn't it obvious that both Biden's and Raddatz's performance at this revenge meeting were planned and scripted? It was predictable. Ryan proved himself worthy of much more respect than either Biden or Radish.

I've said it a million times, I'll say it once more: why do Republicans continue to fall for the liberal media moderated debates? They are like Charlie Brown trusting that Lucy is going to actually hold the football and allow him to kick it--we all know what the result is going to be. Yet, every 4 years it is the same thing!
Why not demand one of the following:
-no moderator: candidates debate just like in the old days of Lincoln/Douglas
-no media as moderators: heck bring in a referee from the NFL--at least they know how to call a foul and pay attention to the rules and the clock
-mixed, non-media panel of questioners and a time/rule keeper: ask question but no interruptions or follow-up questions

Dem groupie Raddatz was the sorriest excuse for a moderator I have seen in fifty years of watching televised debates (yes, I watched Nixon/Kennedy.) As others have commented above, she continuously and blatantly tried to help Biden by interrupting Paul Ryan. Looks like she, Biden, and the rest of the crew are scared spitless by Ryan's message.

She allowed Biden time and time again opportunity to talk over Ryan, who had the floor, and then had the gall to say he was worried he wouldn't get time to respond! That girl pal of Obama who was the moderator was horrible. I agree with Michelle Malkin that the first question Ryan should have asked her was how her sisters wedding went that Obama attended.

Obama and Biden are both characters, not true patriots! They showed US what they are made of! They are not people who want to get along and serve this country, only to get all they can and not even consider what others are going through. What I saw last night was that Ryan let Biden steamroll Ryan. To say otherwise is to accept belief that Raddatz was in any way going to be fair and impartial. Today's criticisms sound kind of hollow since Ryan knew going in, or at least should have know since the rest of the free world knew, that he would have to be a little more tenacious in getting his points across.

Im glad to hear that any gains Crazy Joe got at debate were washed out by his indecency. But this Radditz pizzed me off. There was at least one - two moments where CRazy had finished his lame reply and Radditz asked a follow up and you could see abject fear in Crazys eyes as her qwuestion unraveled and then as she finsished she said please rpely to that Cong Ryan. ahnd Crazy breathed a sigh of relief. Gimme a break. The issue of why RNC allows far left moderators has to be discussed and dealt with. Actually, she is backing off. Here’s the thing about her now-famous MSNBC promo: Either she’s saying something radical or she’s saying something so banal that it’s barely even worth saying. The radical interpretation is that she thinks parents should have less say over how their children are raised and that “communities” should have a larger role. The very, very banal interpretation is that she thinks communities should do more to improve children’s lives and that thinking of them as “our children” might help forge that mentality. Mitch McConnell and some consultants disparaging Ashley Judd is not news. It´s the sausage being made. We´ve got full background here, but the toplines are this: Corn got hold of a conversation apparently recorded during a presentation by consultants to Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell´s reelection campaign. The consultants were opposition researchers, hired by the campaign to ferret out damaging information about actress Ashley Judd, who at one point considered running against McConnell.
