The Spaniards are fully aware of the hopelessness of their situation. Their young people have been advised to pack up for Chile and Colombia. It's not an insult when it's the truth. Spain needs a Romney, bad, to show them how to free their economy.

Romney might be able to help them. Obama certainly won't - he has no idea what is going on.

The reason Romney will win is because it is easier to just tell the truth--instead of using "diplomacy". When you can afford diplomacy, fine. We are well beyond that point. Just tell the truth as you see it Mitt, that is what exposes the "emperor who has no clothes" more than anything else.

If I recall, Spain didn't consider our feelings, or the safety of our aircrews, by denying use of their airspace during the Iraq war? Hey Spain, I got your hurt feelings right here!

#25, Ronald Reagan ordered F-111's out of England to attack Daffy Kadafi in Libya in response to their terrorist act. Spain refused flyover rights though and so those F-111's had to fly much farther around Spain and come in through Gibraltar. As I recall we lost an F-111 or two due to mechanical failure. But yea, thanks for nuthin' on that one, Spain!
