Another threat alleged over shirt
Philadelphia Inquirer, by Jonathan Lai

The first call came Friday evening, tinged with racist hate. "Watch your back, (racist slur). I'mma blow your (profanity) brains out," one of Lynette Gaymon's aunts said Saturday. Gaymon, a geometry teacher at Charles Carroll High School in Port Richmond, has been accused of humiliating a student who wore a pink Romney/Ryan T-shirt on "dress-down" day Sept. 28. After the story drew media attention last week, the teacher's aunts said, she stayed out of school and took refuge with friends. On Friday, harassing phone calls began to come in, they said. Gaymon lives with two of her aunts in

Libtards are well known for their manufacturing of 'death threats', hangmen's nooses, racial slurs, etc. against themselves.

Just ask the Wisconsin senator who resigned/withdrew recently to see what sort of threats the libtards actually make against conservatives.

This doesn't make sense. Racist hate? Who's threatening her? This sounds made up to make the teacher look like the victim. This is typical liberal stuff, turn the tables.

This is rich, FTA:"Whatever happened in school that day, it was all in jest, the aunts said their niece told them. Gaymon was not available to be interviewed. "She's a jokester. Lynn is like the family clown," one of the aunts said. "When it comes to entertainment, she's the one."
Really? So if the students were to show in black face, would it be considered "all in jest?" I think not. But it gets better, FTA:""It's all about unity," she said, asking for civility. "This is too much. I'm tired of it, I'm tired. I'm over it."
Unity my a#@, it's the same old crap, your niece is a racist bigot, and now she's whining after she got caught.

I believe that the "teacher" is a person of color. I also believe she's a racist whitey hater that should be immediately fired. As far as the death threats go...sounds a little fishy to me. It wouldn't take much effort to have the teachers brothers and sisters in arms make some calls, leave some messages, and have a grand ol' time makin' fun...just like the family clown does all the time!

This article doesn't tell the whole story. What she actually did was harass the student in front of other students and then called a teacher's aide over and began the harassment again, while the aide marked on the shirt with a marker. She was black, and was humiliating a student who didn't worship our first black king.

When the parents of the student had their first meeting with her and the principal, she was very angry, not joking. It was only after this went viral that she concocted the "I was only joking, so what's the problem?" story. Typical. Gah!

I recently had to attend a mandatory workplace training on sexual harassment. The trainers said that the first thing "perpetrators" say in harassing situations is, "I was only kidding." Of course, under the law, such a response is not OK. How is this teacher's defense any different? The school should be sued for failing to crack down on a hostile environment for the student.

BTW, I think this Lib is lying through her teeth. The student said the teacher took her out into the hall, told her to take the shirt off and offered her a different one to wear. That goes beyond "jest joking."

Both sides saw Millett´s appointment as pivotal.
