Obama's Debate Con?
American Thinker, by Lee DeCovnick

Original Article

Posted By:JoniTx, 10/5/2012 11:23:07 AM

Barack Obama has always been a fine actor and Wednesday night he deftly played the role of a debate loser with Oscar-worthy brilliance. I think it was a con. During my college days I hustled pool to make ends meet. The "hustle" was to give the "mark" enough adrenaline that he really thought he could beat me with money on the line. That meant losing decisively, with feigned emotion, early and often. Isn't that what's happening now, after the first debate, a simple hustle to create the appropriate emotions in the Obama base?

I do not think is it a con. Why? Obama's ego is way to big to be belittled and go down in history and having a worse showing than Jimmy Carter. His ego alone would never allow this. We know he is a narcissist, and they make no sacrifice for anything or anyone. There is no greater good with him.

i have no problem believing obama is an egomaniacal propped-up chump who is incapable of a thought without a teleprompter.

i think the next episode will be him ranting, name calling and preening. chris mathews will have an orgasm.

the problem is that obama didn't look presidential in the first debate and that won't make him look presidential in the second. it'll just be his version of the howard dean scream moment.

the third debate he'll be speaking ebonics and complaining how romney and his followers are racist.

and come january 20 it'll be barack and michelle and no more taxpayer paid vacations

While I certainly believe these cretins would negotiate a temporary halt in Iran as an election gag, as well as believe they'd murder an ambassador for political gain, I honestly don't think the debate performance was anything other than a guy doing something he didn't want to do, wasn't prepared to do, and didn't care.

Just like a petulant, empty chair.

The man's ego precludes the possibility.

It really was that bad. SImple as that.

Interesting idea, and I wouldn't put it past this administration. But I don't think the American people trust Obama enough that these things will matter. They might even backfire with the voters.

Wednesday's debate did a lot of damage to the Intelligent Obama myth and on top of that, Mitt Romney looked very good.

Sarah Palin has suggested that Obama will pull something before the election. I think that she and this author are correct. Today's unemployment numbers are just a start.

This a bit better than alGore's "it must have been the altitude" wish spoken aloud. Better in the sense of a wishful dem apologist whopper.

The man who would be King would have done the debates better and then done the wag the dog.

Libya doesn't want to be struck-their fragile democracy is targeted by al Qaeda. Of course obama, Hillary, and Huma's turnover of the middle east to the Muslim Brotherhood would be more complete if obama undermines Libya.

The strikes in Mali is of interest. The Valkyries Libyan invasion destabilized the Mali democracy, which BTW, had a US educated follower of Christ slated to possibly become President. Motto: Mali Rising. Mali a tolerant Muslim area since the heydays of Timbuktu.

Instead the tuaregs and other mercenaries and al Qaeda and their weapons displaced in the Libya NATO take over took over northern Mali where they destroyed Muslim shrines.

The thing about the obama propaganda team meeting in Qatar is interesting. Will they dare? It is a different war than when Clinton was in. America is war weary.

Could also be asking for campaign money. Hope ABC stays rogue and delves into this one.

If it were only Obama hustling Romney, maybe... but the Democrat Party wouldn't take the chance of losing 3-5% of the voters, not knowing for sure if they could get them back.

The Democrat Party has become evil, and like their spiritual father, they will do anything to win and keep power.

Romney must be a wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove. That's hard to do when being attacked by evil.

I don't think so.

But if the point is Romney better not get careless, for God's sake how stupid do you think Romney is? Who is there that has any real experience in life that thinks you can EVER get careless, much less when you are in a high stakes endeavour.

WASHINGTON— President Barack Obama supports requiring girls younger than 17 to see a doctor before buying the morning-after pill. But fighting that battle in court comes with its own set of risks. A federal judge in New York on Friday ordered the Food and Drug Administration to lift age restrictions on the sale of emergency contraception, ending the requirement that buyers show proof they’re 17 or older if they want to buy it without a prescription. The ruling accused the Obama administration in no uncertain terms of letting the president’s pending re-election cloud its judgment when it

A few years after the assassination of President John F.
