MYFOXNY.COM - The plans for a ship that has been dubbed Titanic II will be unveiled in New York, according to Australian billionaire Clive Palmer said. Palmer, one of Australia's richest men, announced plans in April to construct the replica Titanic with exactly the same dimensions as the original. He will release the design on the Intrepid Museum on Manhattan's West Side during a gala on Dec. 4, according to AFP. The dinner menu will reportedly be the same menu as Titanic passengers were served on the day it say on April 15, 1912.

Not particularly superstitious but the fact it is built in China, hope they get an extra fish head in the rice when the workers are fed..
Workmanship was part of the problem with the original...

More money than brains. Not only is it tasteless, who is going to cruise on it? By today's standards for cruise ships, it's tiny, cramped, and lacks entertainment options.

Ironic that the builder says it is an hommage to the workers who built the original, but is having it built in China.

It might be interesting as a museum event, but not something on which to spend a week sailing.

Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer is facing pressure from both sides of a heated debate over religious rights, as she weighs whether to sign a bill that would legally protect businesses that deny services to customers for religious reasons. The bill cleared the Arizona Legislature last week. Opponents are calling the measure “state-sanctioned discrimination” and raising such scenarios as gays being denied restaurant service or medical treatment when a business owner’s religion doesn’t condone homosexuality. The bill updates existing Arizona law on the “exercise of religion” and protects businesses, corporations and people from lawsuits if they deny services based on a
