There was a time when San Francisco was my favorite city in the world. It was beutiful, vibrant and quirky enough to both titilate and amuse.
That was back in prehistory when a "Gay Pride" parade was just a lot of wierdos wearing way too much leather. Who would ever believe we'd pine for those days?
Now I hate traveling to the city by the bay. The drunken bums block every sidewalk in the city, no public place escapes them or the stench of urine (or worse). The panhandlers swarm like bees on honeysuckle, the prostitutes don't even try and hide their "stroll". Even the cable cars have lost their charm. You don't feel like a visitor there, you feel like some lost interplanetary alien who wandeered into the wrong part of the universe.
Very Very sad to see such a beutiful place destroyed by the creeping cancer of liberalism. No matter how much they get it is never enough.

As a former resident of SF. I rarely travel into the areas of public nudity. but public nudity is spreading like a disease especially around the Castro area. There are those who believe they are entitled to have free expression and it is the less than .01% of the population that gives the Castro a bad name. As a Gay enclave they leave most of the other areas of SF alone but there are those 0.01% who believe SF is their private playground and there are no limits to their bad behavior. I moved away 40 plus years ago into a quiet suburban area where life can be considered moral and normal.

At least three, according to the Government Accountability Office, which on Tuesday released its 2013 report on fragmentation and duplication of federal programs. This year´s report -- there were two previous editions of the report first requested by Sen.
