| President Barack Obama has ordered the CIA and the Pentagon to hunt down the terrorists who attacked the US consulate in Libya. It's unclear what the president plans to do once the perpetrators of the September 11 assault in Benghazi are found, but he has mobilized the military's Joint Special Operations Command to help carry out the mission. JSOC and the CIA teamed up to send Navy SEAL commandos into Pakistan in 2011 for a raid that killed Osama bin Laden. The White House plans for retaliation come after it was revealed that security officials

Comments: Isn't this something. They ignore warnings about the security and now he orders the CIA and SEALs to hunt down the "terrorists." It's just stunning to see the total incompetence of this guy.

The CIA and Seals should start with the State Department and work outwards from there. The terrorist hit men, while important, are by no means the only ones to blame for what happened in Benghazi. Everything indicates this atrocity was foreseeable, indeed foreseen. It was preventable. The hunt for the killers should not distract us from discovering the people in the U.S. government who were incompetent or asleep at the switch and who practically invited the disaster to happen.

That won't happen in time for his reelection. Like anything in life, you may only have 2 out of 3 things: This job can be done cheap (in intel lives & resources) and fast but it wouldn't be good (too many innocent people killed), expensive (in intel lives/resources but fast or cheap & accurate (in targetting the terrorists) but too slow to help his reelection. So, it is just for show only... like most of what Empty Suit does.
The intel people who can get it done because they already have boots on the ground are the Mossad but they are not going to do it because Americans are not Israelis and especially not with a mocking fool like Obama as POTUS.

Hey there Zippy. I'm concerned that should the CIA and SEALS not come up with your terrorists before say Mitt Romney's inauguration you won't be given credit. So I suggest you announce a special speech from the White House, or Congress, or even during the Debate tomorrow night. And at that time take credit for ordering the hunt. You deserve it. You worked so hard to get Bin Laden so go ahead and take your bows (and we know you can bow) now.

#28, beat me to the punch. Now the admin is leaking details of the mission for their political gain, not even waiting until the hit is made. Say a prayer for the SEALs; they will need all the help they can get. And they need to hurry up so that there is some money in the defense budget before Obama's stupid sequestration policy goes into effect.
Did he consult with Congress? There is still a constitution. Two weeks time is enough to get a phone all or two through to the Intelligence Committee and the Armed Forces Committee.

That SOB. He and his regime screwed up by not protecting our ambassador and Seals and they end up dead. So, to cover his a** and to look like a tough leader, he is unnecessarily putting our CIA and Seal operatives at risk. If he had been doing his job, like read daily intelligence reports and taking 30 seconds out of his "busy" life and put some thought into what might happen in Islamic countries on 9/11 and after bragging about killing one of their heroes, such a mission wouldn't be necessary.

One of the first political issues negotiators must tackle in crafting an immigration reform bill is among the most important: what to name it. It’s a decision that will bruise egos, create legacies and deeply affect subsequent messaging battles. “Every time the bill is mentioned in the press, you either have a brand that´s positive or a brand that doesn´t mean anything or even hurts you,” said Frank Sharry, the executive director of the pro-immigration reform group America’s Voice. The wrong name, he warned, could doom a good bill. “If there´s not a

Recent research indicates that the number of people who do not consider themselves a part of an organized religion is steadily on the rise. Interestingly enough, though the number of those religiously unaffiliated is increasing, there is little to no trend in the number of those who express atheist or agnostic beliefs. People aren’t saying they don’t believe in God. They’re saying they don’t believe in religion. They are not rejecting Christ. They are rejecting the church. This begs the question, “Why are we losing our religion?”

Put out an all-points bulletin: Millions of Americans have gone missing from the workforce. Every month that those would-be workers are gone raises the odds that they might never come back, dimming the prospects for future economic growth. The vanishing trend is more than a decade old, but it accelerated during the Great Recession. Throughout 2012, economists held out hope that it had stopped. Gluten-free diets are all the rage, but they can be dangerous if not done right. What is gluten? It´s the spongy complex of proteins, found naturally in wheat, rye, and barley, that gives elasticity to dough and allows it to rise. When flour is moistened and either kneaded or mixed into dough, gluten molecules form an elastic, microscopic latticework that traps the carbon dioxide produced when yeast ferments, causing dough to inflate like a hot air balloon. Baking hardens the gluten, which helps the finished product keep its shape. Wheat — and gluten — is ubiquitous in the American diet.

Newtown killer Adam Lanza may have launched his murder spree at Sandy Hook Elementary School as an “act of revenge,” the Daily News has learned. A close friend of Lanza’s mother told The News that the troubled boy was a target of relentless bullying when he attended the Connecticut school years ago. “I think Adam felt betrayed by the school and this was his act of revenge,” said Marvin LaFontaine, a friend of Nancy Lanza’s. “Nancy told me he was being picked on at school. That they were just torturing him.” Source and text corrected by Staff.
