| President Obama and Mitt Romney are deadlocked among likely voters as they prepare to square off in their first presidential debate, according to the latest United Technologies/National Journal Congressional Connection Poll. The survey showed that voters remain resistant to either Obama or Romney holding full control of the federal government. Look, we have 35 days of work ahead.
Pray, donate, post polite winning comments at every news site in the country, volunteer, and vote. Oh, and charmingly explain to everyone you know why Obama is such a bad choice for our children's financial future. After all, it is already estimated that today's teenagers will face a confiscatory 60% tax rate when they are middle aged. And that will be just to pay for the interest on the money the government is borrowing today.

As for not much being different about Romney and Obama, nonsense.
Obama has it in for America. Putin, China, Iran, Chavez, Castro and many others are rooting for Obama to win in November. If that doesn't tell you what's going on here, nothing will.
And think of the Supreme Court.
Beyond all the ideology, Romney is a skilled executive. Obama is a nothing. He is all ideology and no executive ability. The man's foreign policy is a complete catastrophe. At this moment, 22 American embassies are under attack. The media can't report it because the entire DNC was a tribute to Obama's great skill as CIC and in international security. The truth is, the man is a total failure.

This is with a D/R/I breakdown of 36/29/30, the 2008 model. Romney up 8 among independents.
Polls won't be accurate for another 3 weeks. Now anecdotal evidence puts Romney ahead.

According toRealClearPolitics’ Scott Conroy, there were “empty seats scattered around the upper-level of Nationwide Arena … Four years ago, after all, Obama was easily filling venues larger than that …” The event even featured Bruce Springsteen and Jay-Z, and Obama still couldn’t fill it out. The Illinois Republican party claims early and absentee voting has precipitously fallen since the 2008 presidential election.
