Minutes before tonight’s debate, Elizabeth Warren issued a list of all of the cases she has worked on since joining Harvard. It was an impressive list, proving what I have said all along, she practiced law on a regular basis from her Harvard office. But she was not licensed in Massachusetts.

This shocking "laws are for the little people" Scandal would have derailed any republican nationwide and a large proportion of Dems as well.
Here in MA it has not even made the local news. Not a whisper. Yesterday on FOX25 morning news Michael Graham was on to hype the debate and mentioned the no law license. Stunned disbelief and a momentary pause by both of the usual talking heads and then a comment about how this is a new allegation just surfacing and a VERY quick change of subject.
We are very close to electing a moonbats moonbat, someone miles to the left of Obama. She's miles to the left of Bernie Sanders.
And as is usual with these communista peoples heroes in their own minds she has ridden a gravy train of privelege and special considerations all the way to a $350,000 slary for teaching a single class and freedom to milk the system on her employers dime.
Scott Brown is playing a very smart campaign, no Republican in MA could ever be more conservative than JFK. He walks a razor thin edge. While some of his positions rankle me, he puts an R in the senate and that could be huge this fall.
If the granny moonbat is elected she will hold that seat until the day she drops dead, no matter what. She could strangle a whole boxcar full of kittens on national television and the electorate here would call it a right wing smear, and vote her right back in.
I cannot wait to see this horrible peoples republic in my rearview mirror for the last time.
Soon, that time is coming, very soon.

What kind of cases did she work on. In a parallel universe surely there are cases involved that will have to be revisited. Libs truly live in a world unaffected by reality.. for a time.

@ #4: I took plunge and left years ago when I joined the military. Never regretted the decision. It was a sense of relief to finally sever my ties with the Peoples Democratic Socialist Republic of Massachusetts. I visit the extended family back there once a year or so. I do pity them...stuck in the progressive crab pot. Many of them have lost the ability to know right from wrong. Mostly because they like free stuff and are addicted to the dole.

All of the cases listed are in Federal court. Would she need a MA. license to practice law in Federal court?

#7, son is an attorney. You have to be licensed in at least one state to argue cases in federal court. And when my son finished law school and was sworn in, it was before a federal judge.
More importantly, lawyers are obligated to keep meticulous records. Their insurance carrier requires it.
(One of the ignored outrages in the Rose Law Firm/hillary clinton/vince foster mess, was that Rose immediately after foster's death, burned his case files! And nothing happened to them.)

With the total and complete defeat of gun control legislation late Wednesday afternoon, the media learned something they had obviously forgotten since pushing Obama over the reelection finish line: They do not run the country. And from what we are seeing across the media landscape since the handing down of this defeat (which was followed by a full-blown presidential hissy fit), this realization has been quite a slap to the face. The first mistake the media-complex made was the decision to immediately make the National Rifle Association the "Newtown Bogeyman."

In response to the controversy erupting over today’s New York Post “Bag Men” cover photo, the paper’s editor issued a statement to Salon standing by the editorial decision. The cover photo, which clearly singles out two males wearing backpacks in the marathon crowd shortly before the bombs went off, was accompanied by the headline: “Bag Men: Feds seek these two pictured at Boston Marathon.” Though the headline and graphics implied the two were criminal suspects, Post editor Col Allan‘s statement explains that the paper did not explicitly identify anyone as a suspect:

And only about one in five Americans say they trust the government to do what’s right most of the time, an Associated Press-GfK poll finds. Most adults disapprove of Obama’s handling of the federal deficit, a festering national problem. But they also dislike key proposals to reduce deficit spending, including a slower growth in Social Security benefits and changes to Medicare. Rounding out the portrait of a nation in a funk, the share of people saying the United States is heading in the wrong direction is at its highest since last August: 56 percent.

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano reacted with incredulous frustration at questions presuming the Saudi national who was detained following the Boston Marathon bombing is set to be deported. “I am unaware of anyone who is being deported for national security concerns at all related to Boston. It was a rather unpleasant mix–one part petulance and two parts anger. In the course of his outburst, the president said this: I’ve heard folks say that having the families of victims lobby for this legislation was somehow misplaced. “A prop,” somebody called them. “Emotional blackmail,” some outlet said. Somewhere near Boston early Monday morning, he packed a bomb in a bag. It was by all accounts relatively crude — a pressure cooker, explosives, some wires, ball bearings and nails . . . nails which, hours later, doctors would struggle to remove from the flesh of bleeding victims. His motive is unclear. His intent is not: It was to maximize injury, suffering, pain, trauma and, yes, death. Perhaps Monday’s bomber will be caught, perhaps not. Perhaps Monday’s bomber will be offered a teaching job at Columbia University.

Abortions have been suspended at a Delaware Planned Parenthood, after several 911 calls made from within the clinic prompted a new investigation by Health and Human Services. Jayne Mitchell-Werbrich and Joyce Vasikonis, who both quit their jobs as nurses at the facility, spoke to Action News about the unsafe and unsanitary conditions they experienced while working in the facility. “I couldn’t tell you how ridiculously unsafe it was,” Ms. Mitchell-Werbrich said. “He didn’t wear gloves. He didn’t believe he needed to wear them,” she added about a particular doctor.

The fast-moving news out of Boston on Wednesday snared some of the most respected reporters and news outlets in the country into offering false or conflicting information about whether a suspect had been arrested — leaving CNN and the Associated Press, among others, scrambling to clean up their reports as the day went on. The flood of conflicting reports, confusion, and subsequent criticism reminded some of June 28, 2012, when many media outlets — most notably CNN — incorrectly reported the Supreme Court’s Obamacare ruling.

Blame the gun lobby. Blame Republicans. Blame a handful of skittish Democrats who gave the GOP cover. Blame the entire band of demagogues who killed the modest attempt to close loopholes in a law requiring background checks for guns. Blame them, too, for jeopardizing President Obama’s entire legislative agenda. That was the point, anyhow, right? But don’t call this good news for Obama’s enemies, at least not yet, because under new rules of politics that are still being written, the victory could be Pyrrhic. In an era of voter empowerment and surprise, the GOP’s opposition to a popular gun regulation could backfire.

Watertown, Mass.– A number of gun shots were fired near Franklin Street in Watertown Friday night and it was believed that suspect number 2 in the Boston Marathon bombings had been shot. FOX 25's Bob Ward reported that as many 30 shots were fired in the neighborhood. Ward reported that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the man known as suspect 2, was shot by police. It was not immediately known if Tsarnaev was killed. A bomb squad could be seen responding to the scene. A massive police presence was also in the area. So once again, no good deed goes unpunished. Uncle Sam lets another bunch of leeching future terrorists into the country who have absolutely no business being here, gives them “asylum,” making them immediately eligible for welfare, and this is the thanks we get? They turn into mass murderers. We bring in thousands of Muslims from a primitive society that has been battling Christians for centuries, and put them into a peaceful Christian society — what could possible go wrong? This is what I was thinking about yesterday, with much of the city under what amounted to martial law.

We are still speculating about virtually everything right now, but I feel as though I need to explain why I find the quick and easy conversation about Muslims being radicalized in America to be so illogical and laced with bigotry. Of course, there is a global violent jihadist movement, loosely organized, that wants to recruit young men to influence policies at home and abroad and perhaps usher in the global caliphate.
