I have many of the same questions I had with the McCain campaign (if it could have been called a campaign). When are they going to start throwing some real punches. When are they going to quit being so polite? When will Romney assert what a monster Obama really is? Country Club Republicans... why do we put up with them?

An incumbent president is similar to the heavyweight boxing champion. No matter how bad a shape the president may be in before the fight, the challenger must beat the champ decisively to gain the championship. Romney must score points early an often and hope the `judges` are paying attention.

I generally get home from work about 6 PM. Then I get several phone calls, polls, offers to help me get a motorized scooter for free, (I'm perfectly mobile), get my diabetes supplies (I'm not diabetic) or get a penis pump (That's not a problem either). I've taken to saying that I've passed on, we are in mourning, please don't call again. So, do real people actually talk to Pollsters?

I do not believe any of the polls that place Obamalogna ahead of Mitt Romney. They are stacked with a greater percentage of Dems over Republicans to make it appear so. All other indicators point to Obama losing decisively.

I am just conused why the church protets catholics that advocate abortion, as much as catholiss and catholic organiztion members in catholic states such as CT, NY and NJ want destruction of the US and catholic principle by supporting Obama.

Recent research indicates that the number of people who do not consider themselves a part of an organized religion is steadily on the rise. Interestingly enough, though the number of those religiously unaffiliated is increasing, there is little to no trend in the number of those who express atheist or agnostic beliefs. People aren’t saying they don’t believe in God. They’re saying they don’t believe in religion. They are not rejecting Christ. They are rejecting the church. This begs the question, “Why are we losing our religion?”

A U.S. Army training instructor listed Evangelical Christianity and Catholicism as examples of religious extremism along with Al Qaeda and Hamas during a briefing with an Army Reserve unit based in Pennsylvania, Fox News has learned. “We find this offensive to have Evangelical Christians and the Catholic Church to be listed among known terrorist groups,” said Ron Crews, executive director of the Chaplain Alliance for Religious Liberty. “It is dishonorable for any U.S. military entity to allow this type of wrongheaded characterization.” The incident occurred during an Army Reserve Equal Opportunity training brief on extremism.

Afghan police arrest two men for allegedly beheading a 15-year-old girl after her father turned down a marriage proposal. According to BBC News, the two men who proposed the arranged marriage and attacked her are relatives of the girl. “Our investigation shows those who killed her were people who wanted to marry her,” a Kunduz province police official told the BBC.
