Amazing for some one who holds a law license, knows so little about the law.

While it is not easy to pass a State Bar examination, it is way more difficult to actually practice law. I gather that the Affirmative Action thing is working out too well for EH 'cause you actually have to know what you are doing.

He must have passed "Racist 101" 'cause he is only prosecuting States that have passed ID voter laws, and States that actually do not want to finance cradle to grave illegal aliens. I gather he must have been absent during the 10th Amendment lecture in law school.

However, he must have failerd Professional Responsibility and Ethics because he comports himself as a low life thug rather than a doctor of law. Agree with prior poster...part of obtaining one's law license is passing a Moral Character Examination. "Armed takeover" of an education facility would immediately disqualify any one for that aspect of the licensing requirement. But, I guess when you are black you are qualifed to do anything regardless of ability, background or intelligence.

By any objective standard, he is unfit for office. What a bunch if feckless crap weasels we have in the Senate. Those one or two brave souls who are trying to shine the light on this administration are not enough to overcome the 99% of the go along to get along others who are also derelict in their duty by turning a blind eye to the disaster that is Obama and his appointed minions. 36 days.

The failure of Columbia University to expel and prosecute students like Holder who participated in an armed seizure of university buildings, and their decision to appease and negotiate with them concerning their "demands" was a major turning point that marked the beginning of the decline of the universities as legitimate institutions of higher education.

Students do not, or at least should not go to school to issue demands and propose radical changes in the curricula. They go to school to learn, not to teach, and certainly not to tell the adults in charge how to run the school and what to teach. But that is exactly what happened at Columbia and other schools in the Sixties. The universities caved in to the ignorant wishes of militant students. The results, which were ruinous and are still ongoing, should have been easy to predict.

It is tempting to blame the students for what happened in the Sixties, but the real culprits were university administrators and faculty who failed to do their duty. Instead of defending and upholding academic standards, rationality, and law and order, they broke and ran. Some defected to the enemy, i.e. the ignorant radicals. Those who responsibility it was to maintain and transmit the cultural heritage and values of Western society betrayed their society.

The one college president who fought back was Robert Bork, read his "Slouching Toward Gormorrah" for all the gory details of that era. In the book he argues that it is the duty of society to impose their values on each new generation........the boomers overwhelmed society and wrote their own rules....we are living through the outcome.

Vote as though the survival of your country depends on it. It does.

He freely admits that he never took a final exam until his junior year because he was too busy protesting. He criminally occupied (trespassed) on university property. He bullied the faculty to remove their quite correct stand on Affirmative Action and he advocated racist policies and self induced "Aparthide" for black studtents. And yet he not only wasn't expelled, he was actually given a diploma and allowed to go to law school. Isn't our education system great!
