Sen. Boxer To Tea Party:
"Intimidating Voters Is
A Federal Offense"

Real Clear Politics, by Ian Schwartz

"I know everyone’s paying attention, I know the Obama campaign is ready to act on this. But I realized that there are two important federal laws, the Voting Rights Act, passed in the 60s, and Voter Registration Act passed in the 90s, that have criminal and civil penalties for people who try to intimidate a voter. And I wanted to make sure that the Justice Department is moving on these cases. So I did hear from them today, and although they can’t confirm or deny any particular case because I wrote about Ohio, they did say that

Comments:
Wow. Call the FBI office?? This just takes my breath away. I guess this old hag must have missed the real intimidation by the Black Panthers and whose charges were dismissed by Holder. s/o Seeing the continued lies and extremely vile behavior from Democrats is so outrageous it is really not good for my blood pressure.

It's a setup to overwhelm the authorities with false reports of 'intimidation' so if the vote is close the Dems can cry foul.

Think of Florida 2000, but much worse.

So the black panthers can stand outside holding a tire iron and intimidate voters without it being a problem but let someone think you should ID yourself and you should be locked up. boxer is such a tool. We all know the reasons why you need a photo ID and I will not list them again. Am I to assume that the black community never deals with any of these companies that require ID?

She has mentioned two people who received letters that told them there was a problem with their addresses. She does not say who sent them these letters. If such letters exist and they are mistaken about the address being wrong I am sure the letters came from the Voting Supervisor's office and the matter will be corrected.

Note that she addresses her warning to the Tea Party but does not claim the letters came from a Tea Party.

Recent research indicates that the number of people who do not consider themselves a part of an organized religion is steadily on the rise. Interestingly enough, though the number of those religiously unaffiliated is increasing, there is little to no trend in the number of those who express atheist or agnostic beliefs. People aren’t saying they don’t believe in God. They’re saying they don’t believe in religion. They are not rejecting Christ. They are rejecting the church. There was growing buzz over the weekend that a bipartisan agreement on gun control — a deal that would expand background checks — could hit the floor as early as this week. However, any deal could be derailed by the looming threat of a Republican filibuster involving Texas Sen. Ted Cruz. With Cruz standing proudly in the way of any gun legislation, Democrats are trying to make him pay a political price — and even a couple of high-profile Republicans are questioning his tactics.
