I think Ann Romney is gorgeous, and would the most beautiful first lady.

But she isn't the wisest. She reminds me of the early Laura Bush --i.e. she sometimes lacks discretion and circumspection. This can be very dangerous when under the spotlight of the "gotcha" media.

Ann Romney obviously meant Mitt would go crazy dealing with the democrats b.s. before Al Queda. He can blow up AL Queda. Unfortunately, he can`t do that to the dems.

I think Ann's mental well being is far more at risk here than Mitt's. She obviously doesn't understand that the faux smarmy friendliness of the media toward her hide an agenda to force an error that they can gleefully beat her over the head with. Sarah Palin fell for it too - Katie Couric. These people are the enemy and it is what it is so deal with it.

I am certain some of her comments were cut off or edited. I am concerned for any Republican becoming President. It will not be a pretty picture. Look at what was done to George W. She has every right to be concerned and all of the comments on this thread are misguided.

We Republicans do seem slow to learn. I'm beginning to think Sununu is the only Republican who should be granting interviews... and I don't actually like him... but he does say the things that need saying.

I agree with you, OP. and #4/8. IMO, it's "shocking" that "the hill" and other dues-paying-members of the "msm" jump on anything negative said about Mitt Romney. (sarcasm) Don't know why I'm surprised that so many "gopers" seem eager to go along with them. Looks like ANY excuse is good enough to grouse and complain and in the end, let obama have another 4 years. Not in this lifetime. Mitt Romney will be the next President and whatever his wife says (IF that's what she said), doesn't change what is going on in this Country under the obama-reign-of-terror. It is obama who is the problem, NOT Mitt Romney! Good Grief!
