Western Courts Bend

PJ Media, by David J. Rusin

Judges’ consideration of Shari‘a when deciding cases may be the most alarming avenue by which Islam influences Western legal systems, but it is not the only one. With increasing regularity, Islamic practices sway the administration of courtrooms, affecting when sessions are held, who must rise, and what attire is permissible. This trend should not be overlooked. Courts that yield to Islamic norms, even in mundane matters, encourage Islamists and cast doubt on the future of equal rights and responsibilities under the law. And remember, the next President will most likely appoint 4 new Supreme Court judges. This is nothing compared to what 4 Obama judges-for-life could do to the US.

Broken glass, friends.

Unfortunately, many Americans do not even know what Shariah Law is - much less what it could mean.
The Rot starts at Harvard -
Obama, Michelle, Elena Kagan and now Elizabeth Warren- Frauds and Socialists - and Harvard with its Saudi Dollars has protected them.
Harvard should immediately fire Elizabeth Warren for practicing without a license.

Next week, the Senate will begin making changes to and, hopefully, improve the immigration-reform legislation I introduced with several colleagues last month. This part of the process is a chance to fix America´s broken immigration system and end today´s de facto amnesty for those who live here illegally. It will also show that Washington can work when leaders listen to the American people and invoke their wisdom in debates and legislative work. In January, I outlined my principles for conservative immigration reform in these pages—principles that guided the drafting of this legislation.

When Republicans woke up to defeat on Election Day 2012, it was clear that they had been outfoxed and outmaneuvered by President Obama and his campaign. Now it´s clear why. Under the political radar, Team Obama made an unprecedented effort to understand the voters and speak their language, slicing and dicing the electorate with a sophistication and savvy that the Republicans couldn´t match and are still scrambling to replicate. The result was the rebuilding and in some cases expansion of Obama´s original coalition from 2008, and a remarkable comprehension of what really motivated voters in 2012.

They throw monkey wrenches into the government,” Reid said during an interview on the Rusty Humphries Show.
