Give up -- Barack Obama has won. With the election only weeks away, it is clear from recent swing state polling that Mitt Romney has lost this election. According to the Quinnipiac numbers, in the battleground states of Ohio, Florida, and Pennsylvania, the president is ahead by 10%, 9% and 12%, respectively. Romney can't win. Just ask any journalist or newscasters. He is toast -- stick a fork in him. Bull... If anything, the closer we get to Election Day

Comments:
"News" and polling agencies, in utter bad faith, colluding in a political campaign and lying about the obvious collusion - never mind the ethics for a moment, isn't this illegal?

Great news! Now the downtrodden won't have to be bothered to get out and vote; after all there's the Wendy, Katie, Ophra'ie, (and of course that political heavy weight) the View'ie shows to watch.

And it will save the Black Panthers all that money on night sticks.

The laws of unintended consequences may come into play here. With the media cheering on, and hyping up these bogus poll numbers, Bolshevik Barky's lazy fan base may stay home thinking, as the Woodstein mafia media keeps telling them, that the presidential race is already over. And far from discourage, these constant reports may encourage those none too enamored with the current WH resident to vote. Conservatives such as me and my fellow LDotters who know what's at stake here won't listen to the media chatter, and will proudly cast their vote for the former governor of the commonwealth of Massachusetts. JMHO.

Now factor in; a healthy and well funded Acorn organizaton (underground like ayre's SDS), a DOJ that has refused to even appear to slow down voter fraud, illegal alien voters that have been given a virtual assurance that there will be no semblance of a penalty for voting, a Spainish company (owned by soros) counting the vote, unanswered law enforcement investigations into hacking programs that produce ("mike's trick" hockey stick) 51% win results (looking at you, harry reid)...not to mention cars parked all over America with their trunks filled with uncounted ballots. We are up to our scuppers with skullduggery.

When the results are announced as a 51% win for obama, good luck getting any answers from a Spainish company (Spain is really broke and could use a few free obama bucks), and the msm can squeal "We told you that the polls showed obama would win, nothing to see here", and there will be a new group of malcontents to ignore and villify along with "tea partiers", "birthers"...it will be "voters".

Spoke to a black parishioner who was lamenting the fact that his sister is think about voting Republican. With one question I have him seriously thinking his sister may be right. I'm betting for every Black who votes Republican for the first time, another Black will not vote this year. Zippy needs every Black vote, and he's not getting them this year.

The 46% who voted for McCain are not switching not one of them. There are footprints as shown in the article of only those leaving the 0bama camp. No one is going in the other direction. Where is the double digit lead coming from?
The fraud, the lies, the unprofessional abuse of communication resources by the media and their captive pollsters is astounding. One begins to think "Am I the only one who sees this?" Then you realize that is exactly the purpose of this propaganda. Vote, vote vote.

The problem with thinking the Obama phone crowds will stay home assumes they go to the polls in their own to begin with.

FTA: Well, three and a half years later, the digestion of that particular meal has given America and Americans an ulcer -- a bleeding ulcer. I can attest to that -- every time I see the man or hear him speak, it makes me sick to my stomach.

Yep, thinking many in this country are or will be addicted to acid reducers. Just listening to Mr. Obama turns my stomach.

In our conservative area of a conservative state, I've seen one Romney sticker and maybe four for Obama. That tells me conservatives are deadly serious this time around. No flash, no rallys, no rah-rah stuff whatsoever.

I suspect it's the same everywhere. This time it's for all the chips. Winner take all... and those on our side aren't getting drunk at the poker table.

Let’s take a step back and recognize the breadth and width of the Obama administration’s assault on the US economy. We tend to divide ourselves along economic lines, upper, middle and lower or working class. It’s clear that Barack Obama has a plan for all three levels. If you’re a top earner, in his mind you’ve “made enough money” and should pay more in taxes. That’s his plan for the wealthy: Pay more taxes. This will take some money out of investments and companies and send it to the government. Some jobs will be either lost or aborted.

One of the least remarked upon aspects of President Obama’s inaugural speech was his attempt to co-opt the Founding Fathers’ Declaration of Independence to bolster his liberal-left agenda. Small minds always leap to the answers given the last time around, which is probably why Maxine Waters keeps getting re-elected. But the last time is not necessarily the same as this time. Do you remember the tale of "The Gingerbread Man"? It´s a children´s story in which a gingerbread man runs away from the baker, lots of people try to catch him as he crows, "Run, run as fast as you can/ You can´t catch me I´m the gingerbread man." In the version I remember a fox finally does catch the braggart and eats him piece by piece. This week, in defending the public statements of his UN Ambassador Susan Rice, Obama said we should come after him, not her. Pugnacious remark -- just like the gingerbread man´s.

I have never been so unhappy to be right. I've long said that Barack Obama would win re-election, and two weeks ago I stated as much in print. In making this prediction, I was almost alone among traditionalist pundits, with some, such as Dick Morris (Mr. Batting Zero), actually forecasting a Mitt Romney landslide. And, no, I'm not pointing this out to numb despair with some perverse kind of gloating, like a man consumed in flames looking to suck on an ice cube. It's because of why I knew that Romney would lose: America is lost.

In January of 2009, when President Obama took office, the unemployment rate was 7.8%. Four years and around $5 trillion dollars in debt later, it's 7.9%. When Obama took office the long-term unemployment (U-6) rate was 14.2%. Today, it's 14.6%. Obama promised us 5.2%. And, still, the media celebrates the jobs numbers.
