It is as I feared.
We have a 10% president.
He is president 10% of the time.
He does 10% of the work required by the office.
He is responsible for (at most) 10% of the decisions of his regime.
So why should he get more than 10% of the stipulated salary for the position?
And why should he live in the WH for more than 10% of the time?

A new report says Dzhokhar Tsarnaev shoved his pistol in his own mouth and pulled the trigger as SWAT officers and federal agents closed in on the boat where he was hiding in Friday night. So once again, no good deed goes unpunished.
