It could be true but she is minority, a Democrat and it's Massachusetts so nothing will happen. She will say it was just a minor oversight and look at all the good she did for poor people. She might get a small slap on the wrist but all will be forgiven. Now if Scott Brown had done it there would be hell to pay that's how screwed up this country has become.

I hope Scott Brown wins, and now I believe he will. But if Massachusetts elected someone who let a young woman run out of air in a submerged car, why would they not vote for someone merely practicing law without a license?

Now now, she has a law license. It's filed in the same place along with Zero's law license, Moochie's law license, Zero's school records, Zero's non-teleprompter thinking ability, and Jimmy Hoffa.

Is it possible, that if she wasn't really legally to practice law in MA, that if she sent out invoices via the postal system she was actually committing a crime?

Like Obama, Warren is above all these petty laws and regulations. That is just for the little people.

Warren's whole life appears to be a lie, and here is just one more example. But why shouldn't she lie and cheat? She's never really been held accountable, and it's helped her career. Heck, that's the way most Democrat leaders and members operate. They all lie and cheat and cover for each other, and the corrupt MSM jumps in to help when needed. The means justify the ends, don't you know?

We need to put this to rest once and for all. First, she is a minority. It doesn't matter if that is a fact, all that matters is she claims it in a socialist state and that is good enough for the state. Second, she is practicing law without a license. Once again this isn't a problem in a socialist sates so long as one is a socialist. Third, she has screwed legitimate people out of opportunities. This again is A-Ok in a socialist state as it doesn't matter that merit was trumped by quotas, it only matters that a quota was filled. Since none of these facts interfere with one’s ability to do whatever is acceptable in essentially a lawless land, she is cool. Nothing more can or will be done. Truth, fairness and rule of law are not essential in a socialist state like Mass. In Oklahoma (which she moved from cause she knew her lies would be held accountable there) this wouldn’t be tolerated. But then that is why Lieawatha that violates law and harms innocent people moved from Oklahoma..

She has been, yes, but she will not be stopped from doing so. She's a Democrat. They are permitted to indiscriminately break the law.

She has one of those 'Get Out of Jail Free' cards from a Monopoly game. Dems and the media will honor it.

Ordinarily, lawyers really get upset when one practices law without a license. But yesterday, on Megan Kelly's afternoon show, a black fellow, attorney, sat grinning and he kept saying that Warren did nothing wrong because she was a law professor, even though she practiced law, she didn't. It was really confusing to listen to his argument. (part of his rationale was that she practiced out of her harvard office, so that fact nullified the practice of law.
I have heard perhaps a thousand cases, and listened to closing arguments that were sometimes real stretches, but this guy topped everything I had ever heard.

I just know that in my state, if I had done the same thing she did, that I would have all kinds of charges brought against me for practicing without a license. It would be interesting to hear what other Harvard law professors like Tribe had to say about their licenses.
