Individuals living in New York City can choose from a minimum of 31 different gender identities, many of which allow them to fluctuate between some version or combination of male or female identities. Businesses that don’t respect and accommodate an individual’s chosen gender identity risk incurring six-figure fines under rules implemented by the city’s Commission on Human Rights. The list of protected gender identities is available online and includes options such as “gender bender,” “two spirit,” “third sex,” “androgynous,” “gender gifted,” and “pangender.” A city official speaking on background confirmed to The Daily Caller that all of the listed identities are

Why Is Clinton Disliked?

I understand why Donald Trump is so unpopular. He earned it the old-fashioned way, by being obnoxious, insulting and offensive. But why is Hillary Clinton so unpopular? She is, at the moment, just as unpopular as Trump. In the last three major national polls she had unfavorability ratings in the same ballpark as Trump’s. In the Washington Post/ABC News poll, they are both at 57 percent disapproval. In the New York Times/CBS News poll, 60 percent of respondents said Clinton does not share their values. Sixty-four percent said she is not honest or trustworthy. Clinton has plummeted so completely down to Trump’s

Bill O´Reilly has filed a lawsuit accusing his ex-wife of having an affair while the two were still married and demanding that she hand over $10million to the Fox News host. In legal papers filed in Nassau County, New York and obtained by Gawker, O´Reilly claims that Maureen McPhilmy ´made false representations and material omissions of existing fact ... for the sole purpose of inducing Plaintiff to agree to a consensual divorce and to obtain money and real property to finance an existing extra-marital relationship.´ The couple separated in 2010 after 14 years of marriage and divorced a year later.

Donald Trump has fired his first shots of the general election campaign. Predictably, they have nothing to do with anything that matters. In a new video released on Instagram, Trump features audio interviews with women who’ve accused Bill Clinton of sexual assault. (Snip) Hillary Clinton is the nominee. To the extent that she’s aligned herself with her husband on policy issues, it’s fair game. But all the noise about Bill’s philandering is a ruse, and you can expect to hear more of it. “The Clintons collectively have dodged many, many, many bullets,” said Trump

Let’s be clear about our nation’s plight: At this moment, American voters face a choice between two historically corrupt, dishonest, and incompetent politicians. One of them helped create the most dangerous foreign-policy environment since the Cold War, a world in which our nation faces the largest and most savage jihadist fighting force in modern times, a re-arming and potentially nuclear Iran, and the re-emergence of threats from Russia and China. The other would respond to that crisis with a collection of announced policies that range from the insane (intentionally killing women and children to punish terrorists, sending Exxon to pacify

Former President Jimmy Carter had some tough words on Monday for Donald Trump. Carter told the New York Times that Trump, the presumptive GOP presidential nominee, had “tapped a waiting reservoir there of inherent racism.” He also said Trump had violated human rights with some of his incendiary comments on the campaign trail. According to the Times, Carter cited Trump’s proposal to bar Muslims from the U.S. and his claim that Mexico is sending criminals across the U.S. border. “When you single out any particular group of people for secondary citizenship status, that’s a violation of basic human rights,” the

Dear Christian Leaders, I hope this letter finds you well, and I thank you for the time, talent, and treasure you have given to the cause of Christ and its resulting American exceptionalism. Thank you for putting these words from the Scriptures into practice: “Now the Lord is that spirit, and where the spirit of the Lord is there is liberty.”

Presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump has generated an unceasing torrent of press attention that some estimate to be worth roughly $2 billion. Yet the central mystery at the very core of his persona—his inscrutable hairdo—has somehow, impossibly, remained unsolved. Until, perhaps, now. A tipster who claimed knowledge of Trump’s hair recently came to Gawker with a potential solution to the enigma: Trump’s hair is not his own, costs tens of thousands of dollars for installation and upkeep, and comes from a man as mysterious as Trump is bombastic. This solution that Trump, our tipster says, sought for his hair woes is

The State Department´s report on Hillary Clinton´s insouciant attitude toward cyber-security would finish any other American politician. She ignored the law, flouted it repeatedly, and didn´t care; folks are in prison for less. The only thing that´s holding her up at this point is her Amen Corner in the media, most of whom know her personally and who long for a Clinton Restoration in order to reclaim their places as house courtiers. But 2016 is not 1992 or even 2008, and retinue of retainers is as long in the tooth as the former first lady herself. They can´t protect her

A State Department audit has faulted Hillary Clinton and previous secretaries of state for poorly managing email and other computer information and slowly responding to new cybersecurity risks. The Associated Press obtained a copy of the report by the agency´s inspector general Wednesday. It cites "longstanding, systemic weaknesses" related to communications. These started before Clinton´s appointment as secretary of state, but her failures were singled out as more serious. The review came after revelations Clinton exclusively used a private email account and server while in office. Clinton is now the likely Democratic presidential nominee. The 78-page report says the department and its secretaries were

Pelosi defends Clinton, says she

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi on Wednesday defended Hillary Clinton´s use of a private email server even after a State Department watchdog reported that she broke federal rules. "What Secretary Clinton did was consistent with what other secretaries of state have done, including Colin Powell," the California Democrat said as she noted the watchdog´s reference to Clinton predecessors using private email communications. Clinton, she said, "did act in good conscience" when she was secretary of state. Pelosi focused her comments on the report´s finding that Clinton was not the only one to use private email for State department business. But
