AP debunks Beto O’Rourke claim that world

Washington Times, by Valerie Richardson

The Associated Press has thrown cold water on an increasingly popular Democratic talking point: That the earth has just 12 years to stave off climate doomsday. “There is no scientific consensus, much less unanimity, that the planet only has 12 years to fix the problem,” said the AP in a Monday fact-check. The wire service weighed in after former Texas Rep. Beto O’Rourke made the 12-year claim as he kicked off his run for the Democratic presidential nomination last week in Keokuk, Iowa. “This is our final chance. The scientists are absolutely unanimous on this. That we have no

Actually, the Left´s computer models show that we have 12 years, 3 months, and 28,913 minutes before the word ends in a Climate Catastrophe, and we all know that the Left´s computer models are never, ever wrong.

About 30 years ago it was 10 years until the oceans were all dead. Now decades later, seems to me they are plugging along just fine. How about all that expanding Arctic ice? And all the polar bears that the media is pretending don´t exist?

I am pleasantly surprised that AP is debunking Beto. Good to see honesty for once.

The AP is as blue as Paul Bunyon´s ox Babe.

I suspect they sense the label "laughingstock" settling on their Democrat darlings, and they´ve got to start herding them away from this sooner than later.

The AP may as well start, since they have a LOT of herding to do.

I just want to point out to everyone that Al Gore warned us all.
When no one listened about Global Warming, Al Gore invented the interwebs. He metamorphosed into ManBearPig (ref South Park S10E6) to scare our consciousness into his interwebs "Matrix" to leach "Clean Energy" off of and be herded as app-sheeple.
Al Gore´s Earth came to a horrible Global Warming end a long time ago. We are now just existing in a Matrix re-experiencing Climate Change over and over again until Artificial Intelligence figures out the right AlGore-ithm to save us all.
There is T-12 AOC years left.
This is all just an "Inconvenient Truth".

But AP says AOC is right on the mark with HER 12 year claim.

Of course, I take all this as good news. Normally, the claim is that the world/oceans/clean air/Juicy Fruit gum or whatever will only last 10 years.

So, since President Trump took office two years ago, now the claims are for 12 years. So, if you add in the first two years of his term, President Trump has actually increased the life span of the world by FOUR YEARS -- in just two years!

Congratulations are in order to President Trump for extending the life of our planet by FOUR YEARS in just TWO YEARS.

Don´t get tired of all this winning!

FTA: "The scientists are absolutely unanimous on this."

No matter the topic, be it magnetism, gravity, or climate change, no real scientist would claim absolute unanimity on any observed natural phenomena, especially without fully understanding the intervening and co-relative variables.

Beto uses the term, "the scientists" but what he really means is "the progressive activists claiming to be scientists who are in on the global warming control-freak scam."

More internecine squabbling amongst the Left. This is great! Some are terrified that the radicals are going to sink the party. Yet the radicals are the ones with all the energy and purpose.

The less radical have nothing to bring to the table. Under BO, they had their shot at health care, the economy, foreign policy, the environment, immigration, and more. They accomplished NOTHING.

The radicals are brain dead.

Leftist pundits are picking sides and ging on the attack.

Sure the REpublicans are not playing nice among themselves either but nothing like the dems. Further, the dems have the potential for far more escalation than the Republicans.

Rush reviewed a UN "climate expert" who, in 1989, announced that "entire countries" would be flooded by rising sea levels, and uninhabitable ---by the year 2000.

So, here we are 30 years later, almost 20 years after his "deadline" and there are NO countries with significant changes in their coastlines.

NOAA reports that most areas are seeing sea levels rising about 1 to 1.5 feet per century, a couple of mm per year. So, since the UN bozo´s prediction, in 30 years, we may have seen as much as 3 to 6 inches increase.

Yawn. Next crisis? Even those folks living right on the coast in most places have nothing to sweat in their lifetimes, and probably their grandchildren will be gone before this makes any notable impact....if it continues that long.

And the latest moron Chicken Littles like Sandy the Tip-Stealing Barmaid, are hysterical that the world will end in 12 years. The most surprising thing is that there are more than 200 people in the whole country that buy her BS. Sad for them.

ICE has had to turn loose more than 100,000 illegal immigrant family members over the past three months, a top official said Thursday, setting them free in border communities as the surge of people coming to the U.S. overwhelms the system.
