If Only Trump Had Known

Even President Trump’s supporters do not fully realize the job he has done. As I have written in the past, during the course of a wonderful rabbinic career that has given me so much personal satisfaction and fulfillment and that hopefully has touched the lives of my flocks, I once endured the Twilight Zone interlude of being rabbi of one of the worst Nightmare Congregations in America. Any time you find a content group of people of any kind such as in churches, property owners associations, clubs… you will find troublemakers who are more concerned with their own ability to wield power and shake things up than they are about comity

Trump is a fast learner, though.

Wonderful words by a courageous rabbi.

It´s especially illuminating to read his words next to the article in Lucianne´s Must reads, "Chuck Schumer: Ilhan Omar’s Intolerant
Remarks Have ‘No Place in Congress’ "

Old Chuck is too late and short a dollar to stand against the antisemitism in the Democratic Party.

Rabbi Fischer´s eyes are clear.

There used to be, and probably still is, a part of Business Administration known as Organization Theory.
I prefer to call it Organization Pathology.
Every organization, as the Rabbi found out. has members whose goals and aspirations may not coincide with the mission of the organization.
President Trump found that out quickly. And because he is a quick learner, he will prevail. (Unless the pathology, represented by anonymous snipers within the White House and within Congress, win out.) If you support DJT´s goals, you have to accept, and understand the pathology which comes with that. And you will give him the benefit of the doubt.

I wish Trump had had teams of Seals and computer forensic experts lined up at the doors of DC offices at the moment he was officially pronounced President. Had the info on DC computers (that belong to the American people) been copied in the following moments, we would live in a very different country now.

Rabbi Fischer should be making the rounds on CNN, MSNBC, ABC, et cetera. Of course, the snakes running those networks would never dare to have him on for fear of exposure.

Stop Sneering at Evangelicals
for Supporting Trump
American Thinker, by James Arlandson    Original Article

The religious left is still looking down on conservative Christian peons for supporting imperfect, feisty Trump. Throughout social media and elsewhere, the left accuses us of compromising our faith and standards. Prof. Randall Balmer of Dartmouth University recently posted an opinion piece at the Los Angeles Times with the ironic title “God Is on Team Trump? Let’s take a quick check with the Bible.” The sarcasm is seen when God is on Trump’s team, not the other way around. Then he proceeds to dismantle -- at least in his mind -- evangelical support for Trump.

You’re in the shower. The phone rings. Your husband is out of town and you’ve been waiting for his call. You push through the curtain, your hair full of shampoo, you grab the phone and blurt out, “Hello?" “Hello,” a voice answers, “this is Cindy with card services …” You’re in the car. You’re on the way to the hospital. Your phone rings. You think it might be the doctor. You feel around, find the phone, hold it to your ear while keeping your eyes on the road. “Hello?” you say anxiously.

Defrocking McCarrick Before the Abuse Summit
American Spectator, by George Neumayr    Original Article

With his “abuse summit” a few days away, Pope Francis finally got around to defrocking the sexual predator Theodore McCarrick this week. The move appears to have been driven by optics more than anything else. It would have simply been too embarrassing for the pope to conduct the summit with the McCarrick matter still unresolved. The pope’s ostensible hope in delaying the abuse summit until this year was that interest in the scandal would dissipate. It hasn’t. The pope is already signaling that the summit will yield few results. He has bemoaned its “inflated expectations.”

If you get the lion’s share of your news from America’s prestige media outlets, you’d be forgiven for thinking that the principal religious-freedom issue in America is whether a few Christian business owners can discriminate against their gay customers. Whether the controversy is a media-created fiction (think of Indiana’s Memories Pizza — a store that never denied anyone service) or an actual court case, like Masterpiece Cakeshop, the narrative is the same. The battle over “religious liberty” — yes, the scare quotes are often all too real — is the battle over the right

Donald Trump in 2016 did not only run against the planted rumors of the fake Steele dossier, 90 percent negative media coverage, his own boisterous past, and the “Access Hollywood” tape. He also was campaigning against Hillary Clinton—and the nation’s quarter-century weariness with the Clinton scandals, crimes, money-grubbing, and hypocrisies. For a quarter of the country, independents especially, a vote for Trump was not a referendum on a Democrat or Republican, or even love or hate for Donald Trump, but rather reflected a “Never Hillary” desire to be done with the very name Clinton.

Many of these cord-cutters are now relying on internet-based services like Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hulu as well as live TV providers that mimic what you´d get with a typical cable subscription

The U.S. Transportation Department announced Tuesday it would attempt to cancel $929 million in federal grant funds for California’s troubled high-speed rail project. The move marks an escalation in the war between President Trump and California in the days since Gov. Gavin Newsom announced a rethinking of the bullet train project after years of cost overruns. The Transportation Department also announced it was “actively exploring every legal option to seek the return from California of $2.5 billion in federal funds.” It’s unclear whether it has the legal authority to do so, and California would probably oppose such a move.In a

A lot of Americans are justifiably angry that disgraced FBI official Andrew McCabe is doing a book tour rather than a stretch in some federal penitentiary. He has committed perjury on multiple occasions, participated in an attempt to alter the outcome of a national election, and colluded with other rogue bureaucrats to remove a duly elected president from power. But there is a bright and shiny silver lining to this dingy cloud of deep state skullduggery: Donald Trump still resides in the White House while Hillary Clinton stumbles around her Chappaqua mansion in a muumuu hugging a fifth of Glenfiddich.
