The last time the Supreme Court heard a gun-related case was back in 2008 when they ruled "the Second Amendment protects an individual right to possess a firearm unconnected with service in a militia, and to use that arm for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the home” in the landmark Heller decision. There is a reason that the gun issue was addressed in the Second Amendment, right behind the First Amendment. It was not arbitrary. There was direct, first-hand experience with a tyrannical government and a ruthless ruler. They knew what would happen if citizens had no way to protect themselves from the same thing happening again.
Socialist politicians are the real danger to Americans, and they are taking over the democrat party. As we know, socialism is just a step in the direction of communism.
Both socialism and communism are failed government ideologies. Trouble is, the education system seems to be enamored with them, and do not educate our youth about the truth.
There is a difference between a citizen and a subject. I´d be interested to hear a current college student explain the difference.

That´s funny, we think our constitution and the republic it establishes are in jeopardy.
The last I looked 37 states had laws on the books in direct conflict with the collective right to form the militia. While we have been bickering over individual rights the real loss of liberty has been in denying our right to band together under arms to resist a tyrannical government.
We know that gun control has nothing to do with crime or tragic school shootings but rather has everything to do with preparing for tyranny by removing the threat of we the people, armed people.

The wording of the 2nd Amendment is VERY, VERY clear.
"The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."
There is zero ambiguity. BEARING ARMS shall not be infringed. Stopping carrying of arms under essentially all circumstances, by law, is an obvious, massive infringement of a clear Constitutional right.
Constitutional carry (no permits, no restrictions, anyone who can own a gun legally can carry it open or concealed) nationally would be the correct and proper solution.

Do I have a right to defend innocents or myself from criminals spawned by rats, or don´t I? Obviously tyrants and their slaves don´t think I should have that natural right. Well too bad brother because I will utilize that right, just like they would if push comes to shive. I will use ANY tool to help me survive if it comes to that.
Firearms are a tool. Because a bunch of rat generated criminals can´t live in society without perverting the use of some tools, doesn´t mean the rest of us should be disarmed. Only a fool or a willfully ignorant tyrant would not understand this truth.

It has been two and a half weeks since Jussie Smollett reported that he was the victim of a hate crime, and in that time, his story has fallen apart completely. Washington — Millions of Americans are waiting for Robert Mueller to give them the final word on whether the Trump campaign conspired with the 2016 Russian election interference effort — and whether their president is under the influence of a foreign adversary. Millions of Americans may be sorely disappointed. Unless Mueller files a detailed indictment charging members of the Trump campaign with conspiring with Russia, the public may never learn the full scope of what Mueller and his team has found — including potentially scandalous behavior that doesn´t amount to a provable crime.
