| The number of prisoners in Switzerland has soared in the last 30 years with foreigners now accounting for 80 per cent of the prison population, according to the Swiss Federal Statistical Office. The study shows the rate of incarceration has gone from 72 per 100,000 residents in 1988 to 82 in 2017, Radio Télévision Suisse reports. During the 30-year period, Switzerland saw its prison population increase from 4,621 to 6,907, a 50 per cent increase overall. Swiss prisons certainly aren´t alone in the numbers of, ´foreigners,´ in their prisons as evidenced with criminal ILLEGALS filing U.S. prisons!

Having had a business relationship with
a Swiss company, the Swiss are rule followers. They do not even jaywalk, and do not tolerate those who do. They also bend over backwards to be helpful and friendly if you treat them with respect. This statistic does not surprise me.

Let´s re-imagine "prison reform." Nations like Switzerland, the USA, Great Britain, France- well, just about everyone- should cut a business deal with some unpleasant place with lots and lots of nasty, empty space. We all get to empty our prisons of non-citizens; they get oodles of money to incarcerate the miscreants; and we incarcerate only our citizens. Win, win for everyone.

Well you Swiss complied with Merkel´s demand for you to import more muzzies. Go ask Merkel for free money to build more prisons. Or you could go Cuomo´s route - no more having to put up bail, close your jails and put your felons on the street, preferably in rural areas so the big cities statistics for criminal activity don´t explode exponentially, then sing about how wonderful you are.

Amazing that they are scared to DEATH to name the religion of the prisoners. Oh yeah , the Balkans and Africa! Until they do , good riddance.
Charles Darwin could explain the results you can expect from such weakness.

New York — An estimated 570,000 undocumented immigrants are currently living in New York State — the majority in New York City — may soon be eligible for driver’s licenses. Rallying on the steps of City Hall, elected leaders and advocates are pushing for all immigrants regardless of legal status to be granted the privilege. “The one thing we are hearing from our immigrant communities from Brentwood to Buffalo is drivers licenses are the single biggest issue,” said Steven Choi with the New York Immigration Coalition. The city council Wednesday overwhelmingly passed a resolution encouraging state lawmakers to make licenses happen.

New York — A man held in connection to the death of his ex-girlfriend, a missing New Rochelle woman whose body was found inside a suitcase in Connecticut, was in the United States illegally, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials said Wednesday. Javier Enrique Da Silva Rojas was arrested Tuesday on a felony kidnapping charge in connection to the death of Valerie Reyes, according to officials. Rojas, a citizen of Portugal, entered the U.S. through a visa waiver program but did not leave the country within the required timeframe, ICE officials said. Andrew McCabe is a national disgrace. He was part of the most corrupt and most partisan leadership team in FBI history and was fired for being dishonest under oath.
