It´s Time for Ingrates to Go
Real Clear Politics, by Michelle Malkin

Original Article

Posted By:ladydawgfan, 2/6/2019 6:28:46 AM

Crying "hate" is a lazy way to debate. But in the Beltway, where honest discussion and vigorous deliberation are desperately needed, the rhetorical sloth is so thick you need a Big Foot circular saw to cut it. Take Minnesota Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar, who thrust a Liberian immigrant, Linda Clark, into the limelight as her State of the Union special guest and poster child. "She has lived here over 18 years," Rep. Omar lamented, "and there´s no reason she should be taken from her family."

Another idiot program that needs to go ASAP!! And deport these ingrates as soon as they are located, regardless of how long they have been here!

Why the state of Minnesota and others have elected these professional Muslims( in the name of diversity and virtue signaling?) is way beyond me. Someone should ask them the most obvious question, and that includes the sainted Keith Ellison: who places # 1, the Constitution of the United States or Sharia law..........without question Sharia comes first. What kid of representation is THAT?

The only solution that I can see is a national refusal to pay taxes until we restore representation of U.S. citizens and allegiance to the law by representatives.

A former Pennsylvania pediatrician is scheduled for sentencing Monday in the sexual assault of 31 children, most of them patients. Dr. Johnnie Barto of Johnstown will be sentenced on dozens of counts, including aggravated indecent assault and child endangerment. Prosecutors say he spent decades abusing children in the exam room at his pediatric practice and at local hospitals. Barto appeared before the Pennsylvania Board of Medicine nearly two decades ago on administrative charges that he molested two young girls. But regulators threw out the case and allowed him to keep practicing medicine.

A New York chapter of an Irish-American Catholic group is now tussling with one of the state’s newly elected Democratic senators over his affirmative vote on an abortion law that has drawn the ire of faith leaders. The Ancient Order of Hibernians JFK Division IV – based in Huntington – recently wrote to State Sen. James Gaughran to inform him that he was no longer invited to their festivities honoring St. Patrick’s Day, over his support of the law.

A Utah teacher who forced her student to wash off the Ash Wednesday cross last week said she thought the Catholic marking was “dirt on his forehead” and claimed she didn’t know it was a religious symbol. Moana Patterson, a fourth-grade teacher at Valley View Elementary in Bountiful, apologized Monday for the incident last week, and explained why she had her student, 9-year-old William McLeod, wipe the ashes off his forehead, FOX13 reported. Patterson was placed on administrative leave as Davis School District officials investigate the incident.

Be kind, rewind — back in time. A Blockbuster store in Oregon is now the last such store in the world after the only other one in Perth, Australia, announced it will shut its doors at the end of March. It was already the only store left in America after two locations in Alaska closed in July 2018. The remaining store has survived in part because consumers see it as a novelty. Visitors have come to the store from as far away as the United Kingdom and Taiwan.

Remember Jonathan Gruber, the chief architect of ObamaCare? The economics professor from MIT had bragged the law was deliberately written in tortured and confusing language in order to fool the American voter and famously said, “lack of transparency was a huge political advantage.” Gruber also sneered that the overall strategy to have the bill passed into law “depended on the stupidity of the American voter.” How could Gruber be confident that enough voters would be so stupid as to support Democratic efforts to take control of our healthcare?

Over a year ago, my wife Mary and I moved from Florida to a tiny town in the hills of West Virginia to be closer to our ailing parents; population 500. There are five churches in town. I enjoyed the town´s patriotic July 4th parade and their faith-based Christmas parade. I walk half a mile daily to the post office. On one occasion, I entered while the postmaster was on the phone talking to a town local. The postmaster told the person every item in their mailbox. Chuckling, I said, “People call to see what mail they´ve received?”

Are the Democrats Advantaging

Things do not seem to bode well for Democrats in 2020. The Democrats have assumed much political risk with their policy proposals and tactics. For example, I am a registered Independent who has voted for Democrats, including Kerry and Obama. I can say with absolute certainty that I will never vote for a Democrat again because the party is now largely anathema to all I believe in. I am certain that I am not alone in that determination and that cannot possibly bode well for the Democrat party in the next election cycle.

Among the many, many things that starkly define the differences between the Left and the right, none is more wretched than the difference in how they approach life. Leftists, even when they are in power, are generally miserable, discontent with America as it was founded and as it is, always banging their heads against some perceived wall. The right, on the other hand, is characterized by general good-natured love of country and the quest to save America from the radical left´s reprehensible appropriation of the culture, academia, the media, and entertainment.

British former Olympic swimmer Sharron Davies said Monday that she knows of “quite a lot” of female athletes who are afraid to publicly share their concerns about biological males who identify as transgender women competing in women’s sports. Davies told Sky News that she’s had “many” conversations with female athletes who are afraid to speak out, especially “people who are competing at the moment.” “They’re worried that their governing bodies will frown on it, they’re worried that their sponsors will think it’s not PC and that they’re not allowed to do this,” said Davies,

While some far-leftists like to lambaste minorities who believe in national sovereignty, free speech, religious freedom, personal responsibility, etc., as “Uncle Toms” and “coons,” the Democrat Party of Virginia apparently prefers referring to them as an “embarrassment.” “Dinesh D’Souza and the rest of that group are an embarrassment to America,” a spokesperson for the party said over the weekend to Virginia station WTVR after Dinesh D’Souza and an array of other conservative minorities took part in a BLEXIT conference Sunday afternoon in Richmond. “We can’t wait for them to exit our Commonwealth,”

I am excited by the opportunity to share my perspective and views with the Fox News audience and to help shape the dialogue at this important juncture in our history. More importantly, I’m eager to learn from the experience. The 2020 presidential election is a consequential moment in American democracy. But it concerns me, as it does the majority of good Americans, that our national debate has become hostile and disrespectful. We no longer simply agree to disagree. It´s Spring Break in Miami, and fists are flying. A shocking video has emerged on social media over the weekend showing a colossal brawl involving dozens of scantily-clad women in South Beach. The cellphone recording, which was uploaded to the video-sharing site FlyHeight.com on Sunday, shows young women dressed in swimsuits and brightly colored beach coverups mercilessly pummeling one another in the middle of the road. A row of vehicles, including a party bus, repeatedly honk for the brawlers to disperse, but they pay little attention to the din as they continue to wallop one another.

Ferguson, Mo. - Two young men were found dead inside torched cars. Three others died of apparent suicides. Another collapsed on a bus, his death ruled an overdose. Six deaths, all involving men with connections to protests in Ferguson, Missouri, drew attention on social media and speculation in the activist community that something sinister was at play. Police say there is no evidence the deaths have anything to do with the protests stemming from a white police officer´s fatal shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown, and that only two were homicides with no known link to the protests.

KNOXVILLE, Iowa — It’s caucus season here in Iowa, and Democratic presidential candidates are swarming the place like flies at a cattle barn. We’ve talked policy with Amy Klobuchar and Kirsten Gillibrand over beers, and watched Kamala Harris work the crowd at a bar in Indianola. We’ve been in what once would have been “smoke-filled rooms” with Steve Bullock and Cory Booker. We’ve been stuffed into what seemed like enormous mosh pits oozing with adoring fans of Elizabeth Warren. The Iowa caucus offers Democrats an opportunity to hone their pitch to rural America.

Twelve Senate Republicans stopped Donald Trump from invoking a national emergency to pay for a wall on the southern border last Friday…three times as many senators than needed to pass it. That’s the good news. The bad news? Even more Republicans will be needed to override Trump’s veto. What’s worse is the fact that if more Republicans don’t join Democrats in overriding this veto they will provide Trump even more power when he has a history of not acting in the best interest of our country.
