Justice Ginsburg Has No
Remaining Signs Of Cancer,
Will Return To Supreme Court

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has no remaining signs of cancer after her surgery last month, requires no additional treatment, but will miss oral arguments at the court next week to rest, the Supreme Court said Friday. While odds for a recovery from the surgery she had are good, they go way up if the subsequent pathology report shows no cancer in the lymph nodes. On Friday, the court released a written statement saying there is no additional evidence of cancer. "Her recovery from surgery is on track," court spokeswoman Kathleen L. Arberg said of the 85-year-old justice. "Post-surgery evaluation

Perhaps an end of life rallying? Or maybe the organ donations panned out. There were no signs of cancer after her other 2 or 3 bouts of cancer either.

I´m content to let the Almighty´s plan for this woman play out. She´ll either survive the Trump presidency or she won´t.

If liberals want to do the Monty Python dead parrot routine with her, they can go for it. They´re not in control.

My longtime doctor friend told me that in all his years of practice he had one patient that survived lung cancer and he thinks now that the patient was misdiagnosed. I know someone else who had part of a lung removed and he is doing ok two years later but he was only in his 60´s. I can´t see RBG lasting more than a couple of years but as one poster said, it´s in God´s hands now.

Although the report is that there is no more cancer, the more important question is what kind of cancer were the two tumors which were removed from the lung. The pathology of the tumors would be very important. Were the tumors either from colon or pancreatic cancer which had metastisized? or were both tumors lung cancer? It makes a difference.

So if somebody loses their court case because she wasn´t there to hear oral arguments, they have no one to appeal to.

Imagine a jury member who stays home and just wants to ´phone it in.´

How can we receive justice when there is no Justice?

Ginsburg who was being touted as a workout jock last month now cant even sit quietly and listen.

Our would-be Democratic masters don´t expect us to believe them. We are just supposed to accept their pronouncements as gospel.

If the tumors in the lung were metastasis then the idea that she is disease free is crazy. “No Remaining Sign Of Cancer” means they didn’t look very hard or the metastasis are too small to be picked up by whatever scans they did on her.

My very healthy and active wife, age 72, had her cancerous right kidney removed just after Thanksgiving. It´s been six weeks and she is still suffering with the pain and very limited endurance.

When I said healthy, is that she has walked almost everyday, has run a couple pf marathons, eats healthy, has never smoked and is a very lite drinker.

She went to her office on Tuesday for a few hours this week and was beat when she returned home. RGB not only had a few broken ribs, and is frail, plus having two cancerous lobs removed from her body. I doubt she is healthy enough to answer the phone, let a lone do a full days work. Even if its just sitting and reading.

There is no such thing as "cured" of cancer. Doctors say otherwise, but having been there and done that, I´m morally certain they are incorrect. There is a difference, a huge difference, between not being able to see something and that something actually existing.

My hope is that RBG leave the Supreme Court sooner rather than later.

FTA: "Post-surgery evaluation indicates no evidence of remaining disease, and no further treatment is required.
With any most types of cancer surgery, usually post surgical treatment goes along with it to prevent reoccurrance such as radiation or chemotherapy.
Since none is required that says it´s too risky or that this type of post surgical treatment would not benefit her her at this point in time.
Lung Cancer at that age, many times brings serious complications especially if bedridden.
I read somewhere recently that RBG is not well. I´ll leave it at that.

I know lots of people who have died from lung cancer & I do not know one who has survived. It causes lots of other health problems, mostly pneumonia & kidney failure. Folks, the key phrase is "no ADDITIONAL evidence of cancer".

That "her recovery is on track" doesn´t mean she´s cured or in remission.

At 85, I suspect she´s not feeling very well, even at home, and mostly just trying to get her affairs in order.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi exacted revenge against one of her most outspoken detractors Tuesday night, blocking Rep. Kathleen Rice from landing a seat on the high-profile House Judiciary Committee. Pelosi lobbied for other members to join the panel over Rice, leaving the third-term New York Democrat off a list of her preferred members for the committee during a tense closed-door meeting Tuesday night, according to multiple sources. The effort came despite a full-court push from the New York delegation to secure a spot for Rice, a former prosecutor, on the panel that oversees everything from impeachment to guns to immigration.

Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) announced on Tuesday that she will form a 2020 presidential exploratory committee, a precursor to officially seeking the Democratic nomination. “I’m filing an exploratory committee for the president of the United States tonight," she said during a taped interview on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. (Snip) Gillibrand mentioned health care, better public schools, taking on institutional racism, and "corruption and greed in Washington" as motivators and goals for her run, noting that her progressive goals cannot be accomplished without confronting those impediments. For the last 35 years, the snowpack in the West’s mountains has resisted the impacts of global warming. But that could soon change, according to a new study out of Oregon State University. The study, published in the journal Geophysical Research Letters, found that although climate change should have caused a steep decrease in snowpack, naturally occurring, decades-long weather variations shielded the Cascades, Sierras and Rockies from some of the effects. Although snow stations have recorded some decline, it hasn’t been statistically significant. But according to the study, without this natural weather variation, snowpack in Oregon could have declined

DENVER – The Colorado Supreme Court on Monday overturned a lower court’s decision that said the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission was required to weigh the impact of oil and gas development on public health and the environment in deciding whether to approve new drilling permits and rules pertaining to the oil and gas industry in Colorado. (Snip) The teenagers had asked the COGCC to create a rule that would have barred the COGCC from issuing drilling permits “unless the best available science demonstrates, and an independent, third-party organization confirms, that drilling can occur in a manner that does

President Trump on Thursday abruptly denied military aircraft to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi for a foreign trip just minutes before the congressional delegation was set to depart, in a stunning response to her call to delay the State of the Union address amid the government shutdown. In a curt letter, Trump said her trip has been “postponed.” “Due to the Shutdown, I am sorry to inform you that your trip to Brussels, Egypt, and Afghanistan has been postponed. We will reschedule this seven-day excursion when the Shutdown is over. In light of the 800,000 great American workers not receiving pay,

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) looked defeated Friday afternoon when reporters confronted her over her outrageous claims Trump endangered her life by cancelling her military flight then allegedly leaked her commercial travel plans. Earlier Friday morning, Pelosi’s spokesman, Drew Hammill accused President Trump of endangering Pelosi’s life by leaking her commercial travel plans. Nancy Pelosi doubled down on those claims when confronted by reporters. “We had the prerogative to travel commercially, and we made plans to do that, until the administration then leaked that we were traveling commercially,” Pelosi told a gaggle of reporters. Gillette is doubling down on a controversial new campaign that appears aimed at taking on so-called toxic masculinity — but has created a social media firestorm. The two-minute video from Boston-based razor brand Gillette urges men to act against sexual harassment, misogyny and bullying, asking: “Is this the best a man can get?” While fans are applauding the move, critics say it assumes men need to be steered away from negative tendencies. The ad starts off with audio of news about the #MeToo movement, saying, “We can’t hide from it. It has been going on far too long. We

The federal government shutdown has presented a unique opportunity for President Donald Trump to clear out the deadwood in the federal bureaucracy, saving U.S. taxpayers billions of dollars in salaries, perks, and rented office space for people who aren´t doing anything productive. At the same time, Trump can get rid of dozens, possibly even hundreds of Deep State operatives in the government, handpicked by Barack Obama and Bill Clinton for their loyalty to the Democratic Party, not their country or the law. These people leak like a screen door in a submarine, mainly to CNN and MSNBC, the twin headquarters

Deep State: We´ve been saying for some time now that the entire investigation of Donald Trump for "colluding" with the Russians smelled like Deep State sabotage. Now, former associate Attorney General Bruce Ohr has confirmed that´s true. If so, these are criminal acts. The only question is, what do we do now? Both the Justice Department and FBI have maintained they didn´t really know that Trump Dossier compiler Christopher Steele had any bias at all against Trump. And, even when they got their hands on Steele´s unverified dossier on Trump, they claim they didn´t know that S

Vox dubbed her “the most buzzed-about first-term member of the House of Representatives,” and The Atlantic credited her with an “unusually transparent approach to public relations.” She’s a former Bernie Sanders campaign volunteer and a self-styled democratic socialist. Despite all the fanfare, her recent “60 Minutes” interview with Anderson Cooper shined a bright spotlight on a painful fact: Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez will make it harder for young women in politics to be taken seriously in the future. In mere minutes, Ocasio-Cortez managed to affirm nearly every negative stereotype about the female sex,
