SAN DIEGO – A Honduran woman affiliated with a caravan of Central American migrants has given birth on U.S. soil shortly after entering the country illegally. Customs and Border Protection said Wednesday that agents arrested the woman Nov. 26 after she entered the country illegally near Imperial Beach, California, across the border from Tijuana, Mexico. The woman was eight months pregnant and was taken to a hospital after complaining of abdominal pain. She and her family were released from custody on Sunday, pending the outcomes of their immigration cases.

She hit the jackpot. Notice the absence of the father.

That´s right folks!
They are getting in.
Hundreds every day are being let in by Donald Trump. All he is doing is slowing things down a little bit.
Also, they have been getting in on day one.
Now do you see why he didn´t close the border like he said he would if the came into Mexico, and said he would again if they came tot he border?
He is talking the talk, but not walking the walk, and we need to turn up the heat or he will continue to let more in than Soetoro did.
The President is acting just like every other east coast elitist that cares nothing about the western states.

That illegal alien Honduran woman just hit the US welfare jackpot by having a baby born in the USA. Since they have now released her and “her family” into the USA she will be”free” to hide out and give birth to additional children that will qualify her, and “her family” for welfare for life.

A poster above blames President Trump for the woman and her family group being released into the USA. But Trump can only do what is legally and politically possible.

In that respect it was the wimpy Republicans in the Congress, over many years, who facilitated the leftist Democrats passing what amounted to “loopholes” in the asylum and immigration laws that we can now see greatly undermine those laws, implemented with Obama created administrative “catch and release” policies and regulations, further buttressed by activist liberal court rulings, requiring the immigration authorities along the borderline to in effect release intending illegal aliens who make asylum claims at or near the borderline into the USA. Those factors now constitute the law, until Congress changes those laws or until the Supreme Court cancels those lower court rulings, that Trump must either follow or risk being impeached.

History has now shown that the vast majority of those illegal aliens are actually excludable economic migrants, who make what are obvious bogus asylum claims, the vast majority based upon poverty and the possibility of becoming a crime victim in their home countries that are not valid reasons in the asylum laws for such asylum applicants to be granted asylum in the USA. The Democrats consider them to be future socialist Democrat voters and the Republicans consider them to be cheap labor for their business donor class. That’s the problem.

We are slowing dying from a thousand cuts! This madness must stop. No country in the world allows this. Automatic citizenship to a newborn on your soil. That is beyond insane.

Only when taxpayers actually awake up and realize this is costing them millions in taxes will they stop hiring illegals to mow their lawns, clean their houses and watch their kids. Save 10 bucks an hour for a task and then spend $10,000 in real estate taxes educating their kids, providing free medical, etc.

Demand that illegals NOT be hired by any company, friend, relative, etc. Do nothing to encourage them to break in.

I do not buy this for a minute. A 19 year-old 8 month pregnant woman can walk over 4,000 miles or more for several months in searing heat?

Soros or that Mexican organization, the Fronteros, paid for a flight to TJ and she walked the few miles on the bridge over the border.

The number one priority for Congress and the Supreme Court is to establish birth in the US is not entitlement to citizenship...this has been a complete misinterpretation of the US Constitution. No other country on the planet allows for this. In fact a number of countries require that one parent be born in the country the child is seeking citizenship.

Worse, where is the outcry by those who went through the legal process of 4 to 7 years and 10s of thousands of dollars in legal fees to become citizens? This I know for a fact because as a law student I worked for an immigration attorney in Los Angeles. It was an extremely difficult process because of the volume of cases before the federal courts.

It should be a difficult and expensive process. Citizenship in the US is the gold medal of the globe. It should not be handed out like Halloween candy.

I thought our country had "woke" when it elected Trump. But sadly not. I am just stunned that any SANE person could vote for Democrats who encourage this type of illegal behavior. The costs to we taxpayers is enormous. In the People´s Republic of East Hampton NY, it takes nearly $40,000 per student (not special needs students) to "educate" a kid. Special needs students, with various teachers, and para professionals and translators when necessary can cost taxpayers as much as $90,000 per kid. And yet, my community routinely votes Democrat.Add to that the costs of welfare, food stamps, hospital and emergency room stays, the costs to taxpayers is staggering. While New York is much more expensive than other states, this scenario is being replicated across the country.

This is absolute insanity. And to the poster above, it ain´t Trump´s fault. Blame the Ryans, McConnells, and other deep state Rhinos who blew their majority deliberately, who refused to fund the Wall. And now the voters put the Dems back into power? The laws MUST be changed but how can that possibly happen now with a Democrat House? And Kevin McCarthy as minority leader, another staggering error. We needed a war time consilgere as Republican minority leader and instead the morons elected Freddo.

How utterly depressing.

In the wake of Venezuela´s President Nicolás Maduro swearing himself into office after a fraudulent election, the global consensus is that the regime ruling in Caracas is illegitimate. It´s so bad that the news accounts call the Maduro regime "isolated." Brazil, led by President Jair Bolsonaro, not only refused to recognize the regime, but openly recognized the constitutionally mandated succession of the Venezuelan National Assembly´s leader, Juan Guaidó. A new statement from the Office of Management and Budget provides cold comfort for federal bureaucrats worried that furloughs during the partial shutdown could become permanent layoffs, as long as Democrats refuse to give in and fund the border barrier. There will be no immediate layoffs (what the federal government calls reductions-in-force – or RIFs) if and when the current partial shutdown passes the 30 day mark in 4 more days. As I explained yesterday in Trump´s shutdown trap?, federal law requires RIFs when federal employees are furloughed more than 30 days.
