How Much Blood Would Leftists Be Willing
To Shed To Disarm Patriotic Americans?

Townhall, by Kurt Schlichter

Original Article

My question for Congressjerk Eric Swalwell is pretty simple: “How many Americans would you murder to achieve your goal of disarming us?” It’s a fair question. Swalwell is the MSNBC stalwart who recently wrote an op-ed advocating that the government confiscate the guns that make people like him wet themselves and imprison those of us who decline to surrender them. Millions of Americans own these basic tools of freedom, which the ignorant call “assault weapons,” and these loyal citizens keep and bear them to protect themselves, their families, their communities and their Constitution.

They will order the Police (whom they hate) to disarm the gun owners (whom they hate).

They would have a certain amount of Glee in seeing their enemies die. AND, they would take it as proof that gun owners are bad.

If we disarm and only a government controlled by the liberal elite has guns, our overlords will be totally cool. They’ll respect our right to say and do what we want. They’ll allow us to practice our religion as we please. You know, just like liberals respect the rights of normal people where they are in control, like on college campuses, or on social media, or in the municipalities that hassle Christian cake shops.

....just in case anyone labors under the misconception that disarming Americans will solve the problem.

It would take no bloodshed at all, or very little. They´ll use information from a variety of sources (weapon sales, ammunition sales, and so on) to detemine who owns weapons. They´ll notify the owners to turn them in to a local police office. If they don´t comply, then all of their assets - bank accounts, charge cards, debit cards, investments, properties, will be frozen or put into a seizure process. It would take very little time for the average person to put their stuff in a box and turn it in.

A couple of refusals will be met with SWAT level responses, heavily covered by complicit media to terrify anyone else audacious enough to refuse.

This is a worst-case scenario, requiring laws to be changed, but it is certainly possible. Not much violence involved. After all, if you find all of your financial life suddenly inaccessible because you´re an identified weapon owner, who are you going to go fight against? The bank teller? Your financial advisor? Your local congress critter? Just who would you go to? It would be like being smothered by the Blob.

I read in this site and another, that Bill Ayers’s happy genocide number was 25 million “die-hard capitalists.” He and others in a left-sponsored panel discussion years ago, I assume in the late Sixties and early Seventies, were serious about that number. They figured on help from the international revolutionary movement to carry it out. If truly murderous leftists can and will do it, then don’t put it pass the likes of Slawell to try it.

Concerted opposition to the independent judiciary has begun to percolate on the left with little scrutiny. Last week, Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Perez, Hillary Clinton’s former spokesman Brian Fallon, and Democratic Rep. Ro Khanna rallied activists seeking to enervate judicial independence through proposals like court-packing and term limits for justices. Left-wing influencers like Democratic Rep.-Elect Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and attorney Michael Avenatti have endorsed the former proposition already. Progressive websites like Vox.com have repeatedly challenged the notion of judicial review. And dozens of leading lawyers on the left are organizing support for such ideas. The list goes on.

There is so much wrong with Sports Illustrated’s decision to have Christine Blasey Ford present its 2018 Inspiration of the Year award, it is hard to know where to begin. For starters, there’s the issue that the magazine’s treatment of Ford is more befitting a celebrity athlete than a 52-year-old woman who alleges she was sexually assaulted nearly 40 years ago in high school. (tweet) Ford was not chosen for having any sort of meaningful affiliation with the award recipient, former gymnast Rachael Denhollander, whose testimony eventually led to the downfall of convicted sexual predator Larry Nassar.

Congressional Dems are butting heads with President Trump over his demand for $5 billion to continue building a wall along the southern border. Likely incoming House Speaker Nancy Pelosi vows she won’t spend one dollar for a wall and calls the idea “immoral.” Not building the wall is what’s truly immoral. Allowing poor migrants to flood across the southern border forces taxpayers to toil longer and pay more taxes to feed and house them, accommodate their children in public schools and pay for their medical care. I mean he´s a loser in the precise sense that his singular accomplishment in American public life (besides getting himself elected to a House seat in far-west Texas four years ago) has been to lose a Senate race to the stupendously unpopular Republican Ted Cruz.
