An investigation referred to Justice Department prosecutors by Special Counsel Robert Mueller earlier this year into possible criminal activity by Clinton-linked Washington insider Tony Podesta and former Obama White House Counsel Greg Craig is heating up, according to a new report that underscores federal authorities´ increasing enforcement of laws governing foreign business relationships. The inquiries center not only on Craig and Podesta -- a Democratic lobbyist and co-founder of the onetime lobbying powerhouse known as the Podesta Group -- but also on Vin Weber, a former GOP congressman from Minnesota. The probes had been quiet for months

Why refer the case to the southern district of NY? That office is a Deep State set of operatives, residing in Chuckie Schumer´s pocket.
In addition, Greg Craig represented Dollar Bill Clinton during Clinton´s perverted tour of duty as president. Craig, and Cheryl Mills testified before a congressional committee on the matter of Lady Lucifer´s billing records. I also recall they blamed the elderly file clerk for the records.
I may have mixed up Craig with another attorney, but I´m absolutely certain that Cheryl Mills was at that hearing.

I´m sorry. This Mueller Thing is getting so complicated I can´t even follow it anymore. They´re all crooks, in one way or another. It just depends on who´s in power and who´s got what on whom. Oh. And who´s got the media in their pocket, which is the one constant in the entire procedure.

The reaction from posters (which I agree with) shows how far afield our perception of equal justice has gone.......does ANYBODY think that Podesta, Craig, HILLARY and her Minions (Sheryl Mills et al) will be given anything but a tap on the wrist, IF THAT, for actual crimes and not just knotted up Process indictments? Does ANYBODY think the FISA warrants will be investigated, or the Dossier and its perpetrators will come to justice? Especially since the Dems sweep in in January. This country is lost!!!!!!

That Mueller is a one many Army and now, like sitcom TV, we get spin offs! His is a subjective dragnet and crime-generator. Why do any of the accused even talk to them? That´s the trap. The wise ones would tell Mueller they won´t meet with him or any representative of him and if he´s got something to charge them with, "See you in court". Who bets Hillary pitches a fit if Mueller tells the Mafia Donna that he´s ending the investigation, before the 2020 election? She´d pitch a fit!

Mueller gives Podesta immunity to testify against Manafort. Once again, the Democrats get immunity, while the corrupt justice department goes after the Republicans. And most Republicans in congress and the media sit on their hands and say nothing. Remind me again why Paul Ryan and the Republicans lost the house in November?

Mueller thinks if he points up at the tree and says, "look squirrel" we´ll look up?
President Trump needs a demonic possessed AG to fire the two bad cops Muller and Rosenstein then start some real investigations, arrests, trials, prison or public hangings. Build the wall too KAG!

Hidden in all of this is the Gates, Cohen, Manafort, van der Zwaan, Craig, Podesta (and others) scandal.

This was a situation where a Western diplomatic initiative was started by the EU and NATO (giving the US involvement cover) to approach the pro-Russian President of Ukraine and bring his people and Ukraine over to a pro-Western orientation.

Skadden, Arps was hired to put together a team of legal beagles with diplomatic and lobbying experience, so they did ~ and years later Mueller has been prosecuting them!

Look, any venture that had Fidel Castro´s chief American lawyer and Richard Nixon´s main lobbyist on the same side working together was probably going to end up looting the Ukraine treasury.

Which happened.

In retrospect it´s easy to see who worked FOR Russia and is working FOR Russia now.

Those lawyers were, technically, working for Ukraine, and now Putin is getting even with them for doing so. (Man has a long reach you know).

Uh, Putin can get even with them provided Mueller (implicated in the Uranium 1 deal) is still working for Putin!

This gets murkier and murkier.

FTA:

The probes had been quiet for months since Mueller referred them to authorities in New York City because they fell outside his mandate of determining whether the Trump campaign coordinated with Russia.

But in a flurry of new activity, Justice Department prosecutors in the last several weeks have begun interviewing witnesses and contacting lawyers to schedule additional questioning related to the Podesta Group and Mercury Public Affairs, people familiar with the inquiry anonymously told the Associated Press.

The apparent ramp-up comes as multiple reports and indications suggest that the Mueller probe into possible collusion in 2016 between the Russian government and President Trump´s campaign is winding down.

Just more cover to show Mueller was evenhanded in his investigation. A few scraps from the wide net he cast while trying to entrap the President. Now that his useless investigation is winding down, the word had to have gone out “DO SOMETHING!!!”

Another version of ‘Look. A squirrel."

New York City’s annual Shakespeare in the Park is the worst kind of theater. Washington’s annual government-shutdown drama is the second-worst kind. Oddly enough, Chuck Schumer figures in both. I wrote off the alfresco performances in Central Park after the Public Theater decided that what Shakespeare’s A Winter’s Tale really needed was a political speech by Senator Schumer, who wandered onto the stage at one point — after Bill de Blasio’s campaign-rally speech but before the Muppets, if I recall that slightly surreal evening correctly — to make a few of his habitually banal political observations before shouting “Vote Democratic!”

In a primetime address televised on Monday, French President Emmanuel Macron attempted to diffuse the ongoing populist revolt of the “yellow jacket” or “yellow vest” movement. His seemingly stiff performance and meager proposals may do little to assure the people of France that he understands the political moment. WASHINGTON – The Trump administration is on the verge of moving forward with a significant rollback of an Obama-era clean water regulation that has become a rallying cry for farmers and property-rights activists opposed to federal overreach. The new proposal, whose details will be unveiled Tuesday morning by EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler and other administration officials, is expected to ease government oversight of small bodies of water, undoing a regulation President Donald Trump has called "a massive power grab." The new rule would replace an Obama administration regulation, known as the "Waters of the United States" rule

In one week, Paris transformed from the City of Lights into a total battle zone. It’s important to understand how we got here. A major European power was brought to its knees by a mass protest – a near revolt by its people. Even for France, these events don’t happen often. It takes major problems to cause this level of upheaval, and we should seek to understand why people would risk their lives and take to the streets.

Today, some liberals are arguing that Donald Trump should be impeached because of Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal because, well, it´s not the sex, it´s the hush money. For well over a year, Trump´s critics have been banking on Robert Mueller to come up with evidence of Russian collusion, and there have been only disconnected fragments. The annual Christmas-season gathering was a significant perk for those covering the White House, as well as other Washington reporters, anchors and commentators, and New York media executives would regularly fly in for the occasion. At its peak, the invitation-only soirees grew so large that there were two back-to-back events, one for broadcast outlets and one for print organizations.
