What is ´Ballot Harvesting,´ and How Did
California Dems Use It to Nuke the GOP?

Daily Caller, by Scott Morefield

Original Article

As the polls closed on election day last month, six California Republican House candidates, including Representatives Dana Rohrabacher, Steve Knight, and Mimi Walters, were ahead in their respective races. However, as the absentee and provisional ballots rolled in over the intervening weeks, all six lost to their Democratic opponents. The case of Korean-American GOP candidate Young Kim was one of the most prominent examples. On election night, Kim held an 8,000 vote lead over her Democratic opponent Gil Cisneros, and even attended freshman orientation in Washington, D.C. before watching her lead, and her victory, slowly evaporate over the subsequent weeks.

Ballot harvesting = ballot box stuffing.

When the polls close, they are CLOSED! Only ballots in the box should be counted, and that’s FINAL!

Why have any LAWS at all?

The demonrat socialists allowance of ballots AFTER THE FACT means that from now on, elections are invalidated if you are not a demonrat.

Nullifying elections after the votes have been counted is ILLEGAL and means that those who voted have lost their right to participate and the the the whole process is just a joke.

So much about a just government being limited by the vote of "those governed".

Ballot "harvesting" indeed.

FTA "Before its passage, a group opposed to the bill wrote: “AB 1921 would allow anybody to walk into an elections office and hand over truckloads of vote by mail envelopes with ballots inside, no questions asked, no verified records kept. It amounts to an open invitation to large-scale vote buying, voter coercion, “granny farming”, and automated forgery. AB 1921 solves no problem that a simple stamp can’t solve.”"

The solution is simple require all mail in or absentee ballots must be counted and certified before the date of the election except for military ballots. Right now election night results are meaningless. Ballot harvesting gives Democrats weeks even months to continue counting ballots knowing the number needed until they win and then the counting stops. Pathetic Republicans just helplessly watch. Wonder how many illegals used their California drivers license to vote? Although the Cali licenses have language on them indicating that the card is for driving purposes only and may not be used for identification. My guess that is ignored. Democrats have perfected voting fraud to be used in the swing states in 2020 to guarantee a win in the Presidential election! What will Republicans do? Nothing their hatred of President Trump precludes any real push back on voter fraud. Pray to God I´m wrong.

Republicans have to see this stuff and plan accordingly. This sounds like a new way for voter canvassing. The Republicans can GOTV just like the Democrats. The other thing is, WHAT IS BEING DONE TO COMBAT VOTER FRAUD? In California, probably nothing. Quite likely, it is being encouraged.

There is wayyyy too much corruption in government.

So the Democrats are identifying their voters - going out and getting mail in ballots - and bringing them in to be counted. I see no allegations that they were marking the ballots, or that the voters they collected the ballots from were illegitimate - just that the Democrats used a little known facet of the law to advantage their candidates. This same tactic is available to the Republicans to use in the next election. The Republicans got beat at the ground game and are now sore losers.

California is controlled by Communist democrats.

Their reward will be paid in full when the communist democrats get total control of 2/3rds of all states governments along with the federal government. That is when they will initiate the removal of about 55% of all Americans who oppose living under a Communist tyranny of America and the world. The One World Government of Communism will take control of the world and about 55% of the opposition in the remainder of the worlds population will be removed.

Paul Ryan’s comments about him being completely ignorant about so-called “ballot harvesting” just shows how stupid the Republican leadership really is. If the California Republican Party had any smarts at all, after the Democrats passed their “ballot harvesting” legislation, the California Republicans should have found some street smart people to analyze that new law and tell them what adverse impacts that they would suffer from such a law. Common sense will tell you that the California Democrats never would have passed such a law that in reality allows outright fraud, if they ever thought that it would benefit the Republicans.

WASHINGTON – The Trump administration is on the verge of moving forward with a significant rollback of an Obama-era clean water regulation that has become a rallying cry for farmers and property-rights activists opposed to federal overreach. The new proposal, whose details will be unveiled Tuesday morning by EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler and other administration officials, is expected to ease government oversight of small bodies of water, undoing a regulation President Donald Trump has called "a massive power grab." The new rule would replace an Obama administration regulation, known as the "Waters of the United States" rule

A city on fire. Cars burnt to ashes. A national monument defaced. 10,000 tear gas canisters and stun grenades used against protestors. In one week, Paris transformed from the City of Lights into a total battle zone. It’s important to understand how we got here. A major European power was brought to its knees by a mass protest – a near revolt by its people. Even for France, these events don’t happen often. It takes major problems to cause this level of upheaval, and we should seek to understand why people would risk their lives and take to the streets.

Two decades ago, liberals argued that Bill Clinton should not be impeached for his tawdry affair with Monica Lewinsky because, well, his lies were just about sex. Today, some liberals are arguing that Donald Trump should be impeached because of Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal because, well, it´s not the sex, it´s the hush money. For well over a year, Trump´s critics have been banking on Robert Mueller to come up with evidence of Russian collusion, and there have been only disconnected fragments. So now —never mind! — it´s about women and money.

First, as McCarthy says, Justice Department guidance holds that a sitting president may not be indicted.
