Woman says she was racially

A black woman says she felt “racially profiled” when she was booted from a Virginia Dunkin’ Donuts after she tried to use the shop’s free Wi-Fi without buying anything, reports said. Tirza Wilbon White was about to use her laptop in the Fairfax store when a woman who identified herself as the owner told her and another man — also a person of color — that they’d have to make a purchase if they wanted to stay. “This is what it means to be black in America,” White said in a Facebook post last week. “I am a regular in this

The provocateur believes "being black in America" grants carte blanche to do as you please any time, anywhere; in this case, loitering with another person to use the wifi and using seats that should go to paying customers.

You can´t use a restaurant as a personal office and not make a purchase. I think that applies to all races.

If she had simply become a paying customer (she could´ve bought a doughnut of color), she would have been as welcome as paying customers not of color.

FTA:"“I am a regular in this location and her employees know me by face."

Simple enough, as Warner Wolf used to say on his DC sportscast some decades ago.."Let´s go to the videotape."

If she is a regular, she should be on security video surveillance....I for one am getting pretty tired of the "race card" being pulled as frequently as it is.

The Dunkin donuts corporation clarified elsewhere that you can enjoy free Wi-Fi without making a purchase. How they manage their brand is their business (even if we think that´s foolish), and their franchisees agree to abide by that. This owner was stupid for getting this mess started, considering what we all saw last summer at the Starbucks in Philly.

This is a business that needs to sale a product in order to pay their employee´s and taxes.

Space is limited to paying customers or else the state and federal tax collectors will be selling the space to a business that can pay business taxes.

What is the price of a cup of coffee for the privilege of a table and free WI-FI.

That would not have been my definition.

Notice the racial complaint is based upon how the woman ´felt´. That is where we now are in America, it is about what YOU ´feel´ or ´felt´.

Donut shops are not drop-in centers for people who want to use the internet regardless of their skin color. There´s a logic in that notion that seems to escape those who wish to see identity issues in everything that doesn´t go their way. Victimhood and identity politics go hand-in-hand.

More than 300 parents and children gathered outside of a primary school yesterday to protest against lessons on homosexuality and gender. President Donald Trump demanded Wednesday evening that the State of California return $3.5 billion in federal funds after Gov. Gavin Newsom canceled most of the state’s high-speed rail project, saying it was too expensive. “California has been forced to cancel the massive bullet train project after having spent and wasted many billions of dollars,” the president tweeted. “They owe the Federal Government three and a half billion dollars. We want that money back now. Whole project is a “green” disaster!”

The GOP Majority Leader in the Senate persuaded President Donald Trump to not veto the GOP’s flawed border security bill by promising to back a national emergency construction of border walls, according to insider leaks to the establishment media. The Washington Post reported that “Trump had been leaning against supporting the congressional spending bill but relented after several conversations with [Majority Leader Sen. Mitch] McConnell, who then announced his agreement to go along with an emergency declaration.” One reason for Trump’s last-minute opposition is that congressional leaders conducted the negotiations without significant White House involvement.

The two hottest commodities in the Democratic Party are Ilhan Omar and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Earlier this week, Omar exhibited stunning ignorance in her hostile questioning of Elliott Adams Abrams. Similarly, Ocasio-Cortez has often displayed a surprising lack of knowledge for someone who apparently is a college graduate. Don’t get me started on the “Green New Socialism.” But she outdid herself yesterday. The context was Amazon’s announcement that it would not, after all, build a second corporate headquarters in Long Island City, which I understand is close to, but not within, Ocasio-Cortez’s district. The project reportedly would have entailed

Former Massachusetts Gov. Bill Weld launched a presidential exploratory committee in New Hampshire Friday, making him the first Republican officially eying a longshot GOP primary challenge to President Donald Trump. “I’m here because I think our country is in grave peril,” Weld said at an announcement at a “Politics and Eggs” breakfast in New Hampshire, a frequent stop for presidential candidates. “I cannot sit quietly on the sidelines any longer.” "We cannot sit passively as our precious democracy slips quietly into darkness," he said. Weld, who served as governor in the Bay State from 1991 to 1997, was the Libertarian Party

WASHINGTON— What is happening to the Democrats? Captivated by a handful of liberal superstars, they are venturing where the party has long feared to tread: Steep taxes on the rich. Abolishing an immigration enforcement agency. Proposing "economic transformation" to combat climate change. Gleefully waving goodbye to a big business — and its jobs. On Thursday, newly-elected Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez led a chorus of cheers as Amazon announced it was abandoning plans to build a sought-after headquarters in New York City. Activists berated the online giant for a $3 billion package of tax breaks she said the city could better invest

Andrew McCabe is a national disgrace. He was part of the most corrupt and most partisan leadership team in FBI history and was fired for being dishonest under oath. And yet, America owes him a big thank-you. McCabe, you see, has reminded us once again that there really is a powerful deep state, and that there has not been a full accounting of rampant FBI misconduct during the presidential campaign of 2016. There is also still too much we don’t know about the role top aides to then-President Barack Obama and higher-ups in the Justice Department

WASHINGTON – Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s relationship with boyfriend Riley Roberts is official. Roberts has been granted a government “house.gov” email address so he can access Ocasio-Cortez’s congressional calendar, the 29-year-old congresswoman confirmed Friday. Spouses of members of Congress are afforded privileges, such as a House email address, a congressional pin to bypass security and a House license plate to enter Capitol grounds and enjoy parking privileges, House aides say. While he’s not officially a spouse, Roberts can have access to House email for calendar purposes, according to the office of the Chief Administrative Officer of the House. “From time to

Andrew McCabe on Friday denied that he knew of an effort to oust President Trump using the 25th Amendment, saying he never had “any extended discussions” about the matter and was unaware of such talks. “At no time did Mr. McCabe participate in any extended discussions about the use of the 25th Amendment, nor is he aware of any such discussions,” his spokeswoman, Melissa Schwartz, said in a statement on Twitter, adding that his remarks about the issue were taken out of context. She said McCabe “was present and participated in a discussion that included a comment by Deputy Attorney
