Trump White House Responds to Judge’s
Ruling that CNN’s Jim Acosta Has Right
to Disrupt White House Pressers

Disgraceful. On Friday morning a federal judge ruled that the Trump White House must restore jackass Jim Acosta’s hard press pass. This is unbelievable. (Snip) (Tweet) The Trump White House later released a statement on the court’s ruling. According to the White House: “The court made clear that there is no absolute First Amendment right to access the White House.” The judge ruled Acosta has a right to disrupt the press conferences and swipe at young female interns.

The solution to the problem is for Sara Sanders not to direct any questions to Acosta and completely ignore him.

Is the judge blind? Acosta´s blocking move to prevent the intern from taking the mic was an assault on her. She was doing her job. Acosta´s hostility does not have to be dealt with on a daily basis. The judge would find an attorney in contempt if he behaved that way in his courtroom.

Must be an Obama appointed judge. I say go to the next higher court.

Other option is to say that Acosta can come back but CNN can send someone else in his place. This is a time to stand your ground on principle.

This judge needs to be thoroughly humiliated. The judge is reacting to the way the CNN lawsuit was written. They didn´t include the cause of the Acosta hard pass loss in their suit. That alone tells me they know exactly what Acosta did wrong that cost him his hard pass. So Trump needs to make sure the judge sees the video again when he refuses to let Acosta come back.

Where are all the New Judges recently appointed to the Courts? Why is it that only JUDGES favorable to Democrats are the ones to make the decisions? Go to another court, one favorable to Trump. Don´t just accept this verdict, appeal it. We´re tired of Judges running this country! Get busy and appoint more and more until we´ve packed the Courts so Liberals can´t always win!

This shouldn´t happen but I guarantee you the Trump administration isn´t upset because this played right into its hands to demonstrate that more judges need to be appointed by Trump to the lower courts. Actually it´s good for Trump because it plays to his base, and I think it will be appealed twice and the Supreme Court is likely to go 7-2 in favor of the administration (Ginsburg and Sotomayor dissenting, possibly Breyer - I don´t think Kagan would dissent). But CNN is delighted too. I´m convinced the press secretly loves Trump because it doesn´t have to work as hard to report news when it can make things up about Trump. But he is in the unique position of understanding mass media even better than mass media understands itself. That´s why he kicked Acosta out in the first place.

Is this the time for DJT to simply ignore the judge??
The judge has wiped his butt with the separation of powers clause in the U.S. constitution.

Corruptocrats winning on all levels. Stolen elections galore, Demonrats getting a pass on all their criminality and corruption at all levels of life in America.

Our Republic continues to swirl around the drain thanks to useless cowards like this judge.

Ignoring the judge´s order is not a good idea, no matter how much disagreed with. Not calling on Acosta sounds like a possible reasonable solution, at least until another leftie-journo is called on who states their question time is yielded to Acosta...or until Acosta lives up to his reputation and makes a stink by yelling over others´ questions or the responses, or whatever other temper tantrum pops into this overgrown 5-year-old´s head.

My take, stop the press conferences, absolutely nothing in any way, shape or form, and in the meantime craft some ironclad rules for behavior, hand ´em out or tell ´em to come to the WH gate & get them. Also set up another smaller room away from the WH for small press briefings; no more lefties roaming the WH itself. Once the rules are done, give the journos a couple of weeks to bray/bellyache themselves hoarse (you know they will, no matter what the rules are). Then schedule one presss conference with PJT, strictly adhering by whatever the rules say, taking no guff or crap from any of ´em.

Fine that his pass was reinstated. Follow the ruling of law.
There is nowhere or no place that states there must be press briefings.
Cancel them all, give printed handouts and be done with it.
A press pass means (I think) they can enter for press reasons. If handouts are given they can be distributed at the gate.
These are my thoughts. Not gonna go anywhere, but this is what I think.

Seems to me the press always moaned and groaned because their “adored one” Obama didn’t have many press meetings. His were very rare. So I suggest limit press meetings to once a month or less. Why don’t colleagues take the lead and shut down Acosta? I read where many are sick of his antics along with the public.

Are there no Rules of Decorum in the Press Room? If there aren´t, there should be. If you violate the Rules, you are removed from the Press Room and placed in another room where you can watch the Press Conference on closed circuit TV.

No "journalist" has the right to be abusive, belligerent, or disrespectful to the Press Secretary, the President, or any other member of Administration.

If all else fails, force the WH Press to submit their questions beforehand (like they do for Hillary) and wait for the answers in a written statement.

Fine. This might be considered:

Start the press conferences as usual. If Acosta is in the building then immediately announce today´s conference is cancelled. Add that it will be rescheduled really super soon.

I personally regard the Judges´s decision as completely wrong in law. But what do I know?

And who says laws count in federal courts anyway?

For all who are saying to just not call on Acosta, remember, he was not called on to continue his diatribe and that was the cru of the matter. He wouldn´t give up the mic. So, what makes you think he will just sit there and not interrupt because he wasn´t called on. That little black -itch April Ryan doesn´t wait to be called on.

The headline is very seriously misleading.

The judge ruled no such thing. He rule that he would stay the "harm" being done to the plaintiff until a proper hearing could decide the case on the issues.

If the actual ruling goes against the WH, which seems likely, since there is a precedent in that direction, the WH needs to create a set of rules, get each press pass person to sign an agreement to abide by them, and acknowledge that they WILL lose the pass for X time period for first offense, and Y time period for second, yada, yada, yada.

This will be an official ´process´, and is not arbitrary. Acosta and Ryan will either comply or get pass pulled, and it will pass court muster as due process, not be reversed.

It seems almost suicidal. Donald Trump said recently that he would be "proud" to shutdown the government in order to get his border wall funded. This means that, when several federal agencies - including Homeland Security - run out of money and are forced to close their doors next Friday, Republicans and the president will be kept holding the bag. "Blame" for even a partial shutdown of government is never decisive politically and is usually soon forgotten. But a shutdown would reflect badly on the GOP and, outside of his base who are salivating at shutting down the government over funding for a wall, would damage the

(Snip) Following that win, Tlaib appeared at a celebration rally where she was draped in a Palestinian flag and her mother broke out in ululation, a high-pitched vocal sound many Middle Eastern women make in celebration.

While the job of a Green Beret entails eliminating U.S. enemies both here and abroad, one member of the 66-year-old special operations force is now being prosecuted for having done exactly that. According to reports, once-decorated Army Maj. Mathew L. Golsteyn has been charged in the premeditated murder of an Afghani bomb maker suspected of murdering two Marines. The charge stems from actions the former Green Beret took on the field while deployed eight years ago and words he spoke with Fox News host Bret Baier six years afterward. Learn more below: “Golsteyn, in 2010, had been deployed to Afghanistan

To see the Clintons on the first night of their new tour, you had to pass under a row of giant Canadian flags. On the second night, everyone spoke French on the way out. Live Nation promises 10 upcoming performances by the Clintons next spring, and if the first two nights mean anything, this will be a tour on which nothing is quite right — a weird blend of darkness and nostalgia, of out-of-place things. Imagine watching the Clintons play a chipper, Newlywed Game–style quiz about their marriage

Going all in on attacking President Trump isn’t proving to be a particularly effective business strategy for media outlets. The Weekly Standard, a 28-year old neoconservative institution, is reportedly headed towards dissolution after its founder, Bill Kristol, devoted almost three years of work to attacking the President and his supporters. It’s not just Kristol. The entire world of clickbait Trump-hate seems to be in jeopardy, including sites that cater to the liberal base. The same week that The Weekly Standard’s troubles broke, Vanity Fair dropped a bombshell report about the struggles faced by those hip, millennial-targeted left-wing rags

President Donald Trump has bashed one of the loudest neoconservative ´Never Trumpers´, Bill Kristol, seizing on news that Kristol´s anti-Trump Weekly Standard magazine is folding. ´The pathetic and dishonest Weekly Standard, run by failed prognosticator Bill Kristol (who, like many others, never had a clue), is flat broke and out of business. Too bad. May it rest in peace!´ Trump tweeted on Saturday morning. It follows an announcement on Friday that the Weekly Standard, which Kristol co-founded in 1995, will be ceasing publication. Kristol, an avid Twitter user, responded to Trump´s tweet simply: ´@ me next time´. (Tweet/Photos) Trump´s attack

MSNBC host Joy Reid and her guest Elie Mystal spent a segment fantasizing about Ivanka Trump being in the “crosshairs” and openly scheming about how the best way to “get” President Donald Trump would be to go after his children. The sinister conversation, in which they urged the left to put the mother and wife “in their crosshairs” occurred on Saturday’s show. “This is the first time that we have Ivanka . . . in the crosshairs . . . The only way we’re really going to get to Trump is if you go after his kids . . .

Have you gotten your flu shot this year? If the answer is no - and I´m not getting one! - you´re not alone. A new study finds more than 40 percent of Americans have not been vaccinated and, in fact, don´t plan on it either. This is despite the warnings, potential dangers, and last year´s record-number of flu deaths. The survey was done by the National Opinion Research Center at the University of Chicago. People under the age of 45 were the least likely to report being vaccinated.

The Weekly Standard will be no more. There is no real reason we are witnessing the magazine’s demise other than deep pettiness and a personal desire for bureaucratic revenge on the part of a penny-ante Machiavellian who works for its parent company. There would at least be a larger meaning to the Standard’s end if it were being killed because it was hostile to Donald Trump. But I do not believe that is the case.
