Accusing Democrats of conducting a coordinated effort to "steal" elections in a campaign of possibly "rampant fraud," Republican Senate candidate Rick Scott filed explosive lawsuits late Thursday against the top election officials in two heavily Democratic counties, as they continue to report new votes and three major races in the state appear headed for recounts. In their lawsuit against Broward County, Scott and the National Republican Senatorial Committeee (NRSC) allege that officials there are hiding critical information about the number of votes cast and counted. And in a parallel suit against Palm Beach County,

In 2018 Broward County Supervisor of Elections, Brenda Snipes, was found guilty by a circuit Judge of illegally destroying August 2016 ballots.
Snipes claimed the boxes of ballots were "mislabeled..the Judge didn´t agree.
Why was she allowed to remain in her position?

This was a no brainer, that Florida would engage in massive voter fraud. Now we have to go through the whole hanging chad thing again, only this time, electronically. When voting machines switch your vote from republican to democrat, there must at some point be a reckoning.

I´ve said it before, ALL VOTES should be counted by midnight on election day. ALL MAIL IN VOTES should be counted FIVE DAYS BEFORE the election. ANY votes not properly marked should be destroyed (No FL, Brenda can´t just decide herself what that voter "INTENDED"). This must stop! I live in Florida and I am really disgusted that Broward and Palm Beach counties, ONCE AGAIN, are claiming "found"Ballots DAYS after the election is called. Their Election chairs should be in Jail!

These suits need to be civil suits brought against the election officials themselves, not against the jurisdiction they work for. Putting the heat on the election officials where they stand to go to jail for election fraud, if they committed fraud, would have the desired effect.

Remember Al Franken? He lost his election. The dems kept finding lost boxes of ballots in bathrooms and closets and Al Capone´s vault (sorry wrong state) until he had just enough to win.

This is what they do. They will always find lost ballots in a close race. We need to understand and plan for this fraud.

BTY, If Florida law says all ballots must be counted within 30 hours then any box of lost ballots not counted by then are invalid!

Time and time again elections have been stolen by Democrats by continuing to find, produce, and count votes until they win. Washington State(several times), MN with Al Franken (who found them in his trunk) and of course Broward and Palm Beach counties where they feel they can turn any election around for Democrats since the 2000 election. It´s like Chicago Lake County when they call the election supervisor for their count and they respond "How many votes do you need?". This in not America. I am so angry this is happening here and it appears to be happening in Arizona.

Yes, it´s happening in AZ and Sinema has now pulled ahead by 0.1%. There are 2 main problems:
1. The laws are inconsistent from county to county and some use vague wording like "votes must be counted in a TIMELY manner." Define TIMELY. Good luck on that one.
2. Unfortunately the areas with as yet uncounted ballots are traditionally Demo strongholds, breaking 57%/42% in favor of Sinema.
AZ GOP has filed lawsuits demanding consistency in voting laws. Perhaps those lawsuits should´ve been filed BEFORE the election?

To borrow a phrase from Illinois politics, "The election is not over until Broward County is finished counting its votes". If ever there was a moment for the Republicans to clamp down on voter fraud, well, they should have gotten the darn message in 2000... This voter fraud is rampant on the Democrats´ side:
it extends through the social media platforms and the whole system is tilted against conservatives... The only reason the Democrats don´t want voter ID is because it clamps down on one manner of their cheating ...Chris Kobach is out of work -- appoint an "Election Security Czar". The Democrats love Czars ...

Years ago when I was living in Florida I was talking to someone who told me that the night of an election, by muistake he opened a wrong door at a polling location and saw people filling out bogus votes and stuffing ballot boxes. As we know, this is a something the Dems are known to be very good at. Unless they have something to lose by being hit with a heavy fine, a law suit or a serious conviction.
I´m hoping that as the acting governor Scott has enough authority and power to cut through this dirty Democrat ploy. He certainly has the toughness and is not easily intimidated and that´s why he´ll be a great Senator.

I am all for required voter ID. However, if the Dems are going to manufacture votes -- or "find" votes -- requiring voter ID still won´t ensure integrity.

If election officials are sloppy about following the law regarding the counting and collecting of ballots, they need to face criminal prosecution.

Some sloppiness may be from incompetence. Other sloppiness may be from fraud. Either way, there need to be consequences -- like fines and jail.

Collecting and counting ballots are serious matters.

When you are dealing with these dirty rotten cheats, you give no quarter. You fight until you cannot fight anymore.

The Presidency is at stake. Destroying President Trump is their goal and they will do it if Republicans are not prepared to fight tough and for as long as it takes. So CNN’s Jim Acosta scored some court points with a ruling that orders the White House to give back his press pass, at least for the time being. But he still presents as a smug elitist. The race for Governor of Georgia between Republican Brian Kemp and Democrat Stacey Abrams wasn’t particularly close. Kemp won by 55,000 votes. But since the election, Abrams has tried to position herself for a recount, or something, that might magically erase that impressive margin. Today she gave up, sort of: Stacey Abrams halted her run for Georgia governor Friday, but the Democrat said she would not concede the contest to Republican Brian Kemp and planned to launch a voting rights group to file “major” litigation challenging election policies. There will be no such “major” litigation. What would it challenge?

She said Brian Kemp, the Republican candidate, would win the vote count which was due to be certified at 5 p.m., just as she made the speech. But she ended her bid to be the nation´s first black female governor defiantly saying that she would be suing in federal court over the election´s ´gross mismanagement´, taking a bitter election with claims of racist voter suppression into a new arena.
