Incoming Democrat Chairman:
Dems Will Go ‘All-In’ On Russia,
Impeach Kavanaugh For ‘Perjury’

The Federalist, by Mollie Hemingway

Original Article

Posted By:earlybird, 11/8/2018 10:19:50 PM

Judiciary Committee ranking member Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., revealed plans for House Democrats to investigate and impeach Justice Brett Kavanaugh for alleged perjury and investigate and impeach President Donald Trump for alleged treasonous collusion with Russia. In post-election chats with various callers while riding the Acela train from New York to Washington, Nadler gave advice to a newly elected representative and discussed potential 2020 Democratic presidential nominees with another. He also lamented identity politics and the thriving economy and worried about Democrats losing working-class voters while gaining elite former Republicans and suburban women.

Comments:
This is rich!!!! They won’t need any leakers. Just put Jerry-baby on the Acela commuter train with his iPhone. Mr. Big Shot...

When Republcans controlled the House, and supposedly the DOJ, the public got not a single document, certainly none that were not smudged out. Let´s see if the Republicans allow any documents, when really there aren´t any--but the Democrats are great fabricators, so we will see.

I read that a Justice can only be impeached for actions taken as a Justice.

Any/Every thing he said in the hearing was evaluated by the Senators when they voted, and can´t be brought up again.

Is this true?? It kinda puts an end to impeachment.

Does that rule also apply to the President, so his former tax returns can´t be used against him?? Which is ridiculous on its ´face´...Trump has been audited every year for decades, what do they think they can find that the auditors missed??

I´ve wanted to see this disgusting pig investigated for years. He is just another filthy ´public servant´ making money at the trough. They hate President Trump because he is the first one who might upset their game and expose them for the criminals they are. Pour over this pig´s life. Every gift, home improvement, partnership, stock trade, and especially campaign money. Where did it go and what favors did he give out to get it. Every rat is in on the game and someone really needs to expose them before they literally destroy us.

From the looks of it the Democrats probably should be worrying about who President Trump may nominate to replace Justice Ginsburg, instead of crying over spilled milk, as that issue is sure to blow the liberal’s heads completely off!

Democrats like Nadler by trying to impeach Justice Kavanaugh are effectively telling the US Senate that they did not know what they were doing when they confirmed Kavanaugh, in accordance with the Senate’s Constitutional perogrative, a matter that is outside the preview of the House of Representatives.

Chances are the Democrats are going to overreach investigating President Trump and beclown themselves during the run up to the 2020 election, resulting in Trump being re-elected, and the Democrats again loosing control of the House of Representatives as they just can’t help themselves.

You know, I would not be so worried if I knew that our elected Republicans had the President’s back, but I am not convinced they do. Getting them to present a united front is almost impossible. Even after everything that has been exposed about the democrat party, some still are hiding under their desks. It is disheartening and frankly, impossible to understand. We are facing a crisis like none other in our history. The democrat party has declared war against our Constitution and rule of law. Nadler and his fellow democrats will stop at nothing to destroy the President and his agenda, and frankly, I just don’t believe we have enough warriors to take the field of battle. We did not ask for this but we have been given a gift in this President. He is willing to fight but unfortunately is lacking an army. God help us if we surrender to these godless anti-American facsists. Do not be fooled. Nadler is the poster boy for their strategy.

I would not bet against Mr. Trump when it comes to Dem plans for investigation of him or Kavanaugh. The Dems may rue the day they start down that path. They may find out how tough Mr. Trump can be -- within the law -- and they may not like it.

The special counsel has investigated Trump with regard to Russia for two years already, and the FBI (as the Dems demanded) has investigated Kavanaugh ad infinitum. AND, his accusers have confessed (with the exception of Blasey-Ford) that they lied. She changed her testimony multiple times and likely perjured herself. There´s nothing more to be done on either of these. They´re going to need to dig new dirt, and I have no doubt that they will. They have no interest in working for the good of the American people who elected them. They´re only interested in wrecking Trump. Pathetic.

With the midterms over, Washington returns to its regular programming: Russia. Trump critics should consider the risk of betting their political fortunes on special counsel Robert Mueller. The Mueller probe has lost its political potency, as Democrats acknowledged on the midterm trail. They didn’t win House seats by warning of Russian collusion. They didn’t even talk about it. Most voters don’t care, or don’t care to hear about it. A CNN exit poll found 54 percent of respondents think the Russia probe is “politically motivated” a 46 percent plurality disapprove of Mueller’s handling of it.

George Conway, a conservative attorney whose wife is Donald Trump´s senior White House counselor, said in an interview released Friday that he decided not to pursue a plum job in the Trump administration´s Department of Justice when it became clear the president would constantly be crossing swords with the agency. ´I´m watching this thing and you know it’s like, the administration is like a sh*tshow in a dumpster fire,´ he said. ´If I got this door prize, I’m going to be in the middle of a department he’s at war with. Why would anybody want to do this?´ Conway was under consideration to

CHICAGO — To read the worshipful press coverage you’d never know that, for Democrats, the unthinkable has happened: Michelle Obama has revealed herself as just another guru for sale. On Tuesday night, the former first lady kicked off her 10-city North American book tour, which more closely resembled a cult-of-personality-propaganda-rally, at the United Center in Chicago. (Dates have been added in London, where scalped tickets are going for over $90,000 each, and Paris.) A sliver of the 20,000 seats available for the Chicago event were priced at $29.50, and those sold out within five minutes of going on sale in September.
