The Biggest Election Winner? Trump!
Gateway Pundit, by Wayne Allyn Root

Original Article

Posted By:JoniTx, 11/8/2018 7:36:05 PM

Here’s the raw truth about Tuesday’s election: the winners and losers. You might be surprised. Winner #1: President Trump. Liberals won’t understand this one. But they will soon…Trump pulled off a miracle. He became only the 5th incumbent president to add Senate seats in the past 105 years. He picked up new seats in Florida, Missouri, Indiana and North Dakota. Blue wave? There was no blue wave. Senate victories look more like a red wave…but not for the GOP…specifically and only for Trump. Where Trump campaigned, GOP Senate candidates won 9 of 11 races. Trump’s energy pulls the GOP train.

Never underestimate how criminal and nasty the Democrats are capable of. The Az Senate race is not over. A runoff is scheduled for the Mississippi Senate Race. And the Democrats are trying to steal the Gov and Senate races in Florida. So the Senate majority could be much smaller than claimed. 12 House races have not been announced--how long does it take to count the ballots? Answer: Until the Democrats are ahead.

Good to see #3, and I agree wholeheartedly. Science fiction author Robert Heinlein wrote a non-partisan handbook for grassroots politics called Take Back Ýour Government. In it, as a former ward heeler, he describes the pleasures of active political participation, and makes the same comparison with sports. I wish #3 would post more often.

As for the next contestant, one wonders why some folks even bother.

President Trump’s re-election campaign said Friday it´ll send faux red bricks to the offices of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer until Democrats agree to fund a border wall. To raise money for the 2020 race, the Trump campaign is asking donors to chip in $20.20 for each fake brick, which will be sent to the Democratic congressional leaders amid the fight that underlies the extended partial government shutdown. “Since Chuck and Nancy keep stonewalling the president, we’ll send the wall to them, brick by brick, until they agree to secure the border,” said Brad Parscale,

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell held firm Thursday against yet another attempt by his Democrat colleagues to prematurely end the ongoing government shutdown without first resolving any of the underlying border security issues at play. “Sen. Tim Kaine (D-Va.) tried to get consent [from McConnell] to take up a House-passed bill that would reopen all agencies except the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which is at the center of the shutdown fight,” The Hill reported. “But McConnell objected.” Watch what happened below: The Hill notes that this marked the third time in only two weeks that the Senate majority leader had

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) looked defeated Friday afternoon when reporters confronted her over her outrageous claims Trump endangered her life by cancelling her military flight then allegedly leaked her commercial travel plans. Earlier Friday morning, Pelosi’s spokesman, Drew Hammill accused President Trump of endangering Pelosi’s life by leaking her commercial travel plans. Nancy Pelosi doubled down on those claims when confronted by reporters. “We had the prerogative to travel commercially, and we made plans to do that, until the administration then leaked that we were traveling commercially,” Pelosi told a gaggle of reporters. The bill would also prevent Congress from leaving Washington if lawmakers fail to complete their job of funding the government on time in an effort to fix the broken budget process and avoid future government shutdowns, stop-gap funding extensions, and bloated, last-minute, "omnibus" spending deals. The APA´s "First-Ever Guidelines for Practice with Men and Boys" received input from dozens of psychoanalysts who believe masculinity is a social construct, are passionate about social justice, and think there is a danger in a role model like John Wayne. Several contributors to the guidelines have received federal funding from the National Institutes of Health and the U.S. Department of Education, totaling more than $4.4 million. The guidelines not only suggest "traditional masculinity" limits the "psychological development" of men and harms their mental and
